Very very simple still motel

It is just a motel very tiny shower

Very easy to get to, and free parking. Recommending the Novotel for dinner (and having the menu displayed) was a nice touch.

There was quite a lot of noise from other rooms and the corridor, which is disappointing as the rooms are supposed to be "sound proofed". The lack of a lift was a shame.

The property was closed for 3 days! Then please reimburse and more because I have had to find and other hotel at 22:00!! This is not acceptable! Booking rent room rweras the hotel was closed! Please refund asap and more!

Nothing about this Hotel would get me to try it again.

The location of the hotel is very bad, like staying on a building site. The room was very small, had all you wanted but small. There were no facilities no coffee machine only cold drinks, we think that there were only 2 rooms used on the night we stayed.

Nice place and good price

Bed was pretty hard and not that comfortable. Walls are thin and you can hear neighbours.

It was a lovely place. Clean, comfortable, and easy to get to from the A11. Highly recommend.

Good hotel for one night stay, in transit

breskfast was also most gone when we came downstairs still had 30 min of service.

we got exactly what we were looking for, accommodation for one night. nice hotel, with a large parking lot, close to the highway, in a quiet location. the room was clean and just the right size for a family of three. I recommend

Very uncomfortable beds and pillows (only one per person). Loud doors which could be heard through the night.

Exactly what we needed - clean and tidy, close to the motorway and a very good, lots of choice continental breakfast. This isn’t a leisure or luxury hotel - but perfect for a stop over when travelling. Especially impressed with the free and unlimited use of the water machine - both sparkling and still chilled water on tap to fill our own bottles with. Very useful for our onward journey.

Smallest criticism would be to have more pillows please.

The hotel was clean, welcoming and heartwarming. Well designed for families. The staff was friendly. We liked very much the lobby, which felt like home. We liked the spacy rooms.

We had to wait during breakfast and for checkout because there was only one staff tending for the breakfast room, the checkout/reception and the rooms cleaning organisation. This doesn't seem compatible with keeping a smile on the staff face.

No being able to get volume on the tv

A great hotel for a night's stopover just off the main route with parking. Clean, comfortable bed and great shower. Staff extremely pleasant. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was great.

The room I booked 2 single beds . When we got to the room it wasn't made up. Dirty towels on the floor bed not changed from earlier occupants . They changed the room but with a double bed which was OK but my friend he snores very very loudly in my ear and fidgets all night hence why I booked 2 single beds . So not really happy with that
