Easy to find. Breakfast is good.

The main areas of the hotel are very modern and beautiful. The staff is beyond friendly, great customer service. The buffet breakfast is a full breakfast. There's private EV charging right at the hotel, which is very convenient when you're travelling through. Chartres is a beautiful town and worth a stop!

The rooms need a remodel to match the elegance and modernness of the hotel lobby.

locating the right parking area, and not that of others, took some figuring out but OK.

When I arrived I given a room already occupied. This was quickly changed to a vacant room

Except lobby, the rest is old and outdated. Staff is tired and sad. Bad smells.1 bottle of water and 1 towel for 4 persons room.

Location, restaurant, comfortable bed.

Shower had little power, menu had no option of being in English.

Even though the pool wasn’t in opposition we had a great time. It is very bespoke in the restaurant offering raclette which my children didn’t like the smell as it’s very overpowering. But if you’re not with kids I’m sure it’s most enjoyable! I missed out.

The meal - there is no other option here other than the hotel restaurant - the food came out in seconds.. was cold and expensive. Staff were busy closing the kitchen so we just left it.

Awfully hard to find

Spacious areas we didn’t feel like you were seated too close to other guests. Lighting and decor was very nice; obviously been updated since our last visit.

I love Novotel. Great place, cosy and pleasant rooms. My two little baby children received a little 'novotel teddybear" which was really nice welcome! Also reservered parking spot for families in front of the entrance which is obviously very convenient with small children.

Rooms start to get old a bit but nice rooms I really like. Despite large choice on the breakfast, I lacked the service. The machine for making toast was not working. I had to ask help before someone could fix. My children wanted to have boiled egg which was impossible in the machine on the buffet as the water in the boiling machine was warm but not boiling. I had ask probably like 5times if it could be possible to boil an egg in the kitchen. After 45min we received a boiled egg. Really a pitty because we liked otherwise our stay.

Not much room around the bed, so difficult to get in and out of bed . Restaurant menu uninspired

Restaurant choice of food very poor, when food served it came out in two lots for four people, first two had almost finished, also only two people serving and not sure. What table had ordered.

Nice place good breakfast great staff with recommendations for places to go to and things to do!

The restaurant. Ther service was appalling, we had to wait ages to be served, then our food arrived before any of our drinks, the food was not of good standard, and my food was cold. It then took ages again to get the waiter to come over. the rest of the hotel was really good. the experience at the restaurant let it down

Food was very nice, especially the Cheese! . Breakfast was well worth it, Kids x 3 eat for free. Pool was nice again kids enjoyed it for an hour or so. Service was ok at dinner but seem like they were under a lots of pressure to serve all the tables, I have to ask two or three time for very simple items like an drink, but on the whole staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Parking was nice and close. Rooms were clean and just about ok on size. Very dated bedrooms tho. I was expecting newer and better. I will say that all of us did sleep well and were comfortable. It was only a one night stay over.The front of house staff at reception was a lovely man. He was very Curtis and kind to me and my kids. My kids left there key in there room about 3 times and locked them selves out, he replaced them every time with a smile and no fuss. On the whole I and my family enjoyed our say and would stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff polite and friendly.

The evening meal in the restaurant was very poor, pasta awful and children’s food cold. Drinks forgotten. Restaurant staff very casual. Not impressed. Breakfast was better.

Great stop off on our journey down to The Balearics. Lots of parking. We had our two dogs with us and it’s always good to find a nice place to stay. The room was spacious and clean.
