Early breakfast was the great feature.

The room is extra small, it wasn't possible to unpack/pack the suitcase. No toiletteries, no slippers, no kettle and fridge in the room.No elevator, the staircase was too steep.

Good location. Nice room.

Noise in the early morning on one day.

Avoid

The slowness of the staff at check in, and the rudeness of the cleaning person who brazenly opened our door twice (!!) while we were still inside getting ready. And then she had the nerve to ask when we would be leaving so that she can carry on. Pfft

Staff were very friendly. Rooms are clean though very small. Linen and towels were clean and neat. Breakfast was, though not lavish , a decent fare.

1. There was no lift and it was difficult to carry my baggage over the stairs.2. They were quite strict on the checking time of 3 pm ( probably it may be because they had no rooms ready), I had to go and while away my time from 11 am till 2 pm when I was provided a room.3. There was no courtesy coffee/tea provision in the room which most hotels provide.4. There was not even a bottle of water provided as a courtesy.5. Please try to make good if you can so that you can get full stars.

Breakfast ok. Very long distance to the city center.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful.

The room we paid for (couple bedroom) was very small and we couldn't even walk arround - not even near like the photos on the website! The light in the bathroom wasn't working properly (flashing all the time), the water in the bathroom wasn't working properly as we couldn't get proper warm water, the towels were very rough and the room was very noisy!

Avoid with a family

The hotel is in a horrible downtown area with nowhere to go . The rooms were so small it was impossible to enjoy or move . The room was so basic and uncomfortable. We had three rooms they smelt damp and the air con unit pumps in a smell of cigarette smoke . Staff were nice but when we arrived we were told we didn’t have half board booked as our booking stated it got resolved the next day but was so stressful after a long long day travelling.

Location to main roads.

The one member of staff told us the restaurant was not open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday! And that she could not offer a bar snack. It was only when we pointed out to her on the web it said the bar snacks were available every day and another lady appeared who was very helpful and gave us a menu to choose from.

The big plus always is the Ibis breakfast. Not only is the range and quality of food excellent but it is available from early in the morning.

It's on the outskirts of town so is hard to get to if you don't have a car.

spotlessly clean, lovely staff - so helpful and polite, fantastic breakfast! Big comfy bed, smallish room but we are tubby! Supper home cooked and delicious. Secure car park.

No restaurant on Sat and Sun.But staff recommended good nearby places to eat.

Mainly everything was perfect until… you are not allowed to pay by cash… as I had to travel for business I was given cash to pay for my accommodation, which was a pain and I had to use my personal card to make the online payment. Not happy with the strict verdict of the payments options - when it comes to payments… there should be 24/7 access to pay with cash i.e. cards or on line… Please do something about it and comfort your tired and overworked customers to make a “fast payment” and go to bed. Wasn’t that’s the reason the hotels where invented???……very upset..

Over all not bad as a hotel apart from the payments systems… no cash payment allowed…. crap …

very helpful and friendly front desk staff, they were very accommodating and gave us an early check-in as well as let us store some food in their fridge. Room was clean and comfortable and modern. wifi was great, breakfast looked fantastic (though we didn't have time to eat it), great value

It would have been a bit of a far walk to get to central Melun where we wanted to be, but was an easy bus ride/taxi to downtown.

The lobby area was great for hanging out, with lots of outlets and a free coffee / tea machine. The weather was rainy and so it was easy to order food from Takeaway and have it delivered at the hotel to enjoy a hot meal. Our bed was pretty comfortable as well, WiFi worked well.

Our room smelled terribly of smoke. It was very irritating to our allergies and even with the windows wide open we could not get rid of the smell.

there is no enough space to be able to pray in the room, there is no floor mat provided, those who pray or meditate there is no enough space, most of the space is taken by the bed. thanks

Our room was small but clean, practical, modern and not pretentious. Great for a one night visit after dinner elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was good.

Extra and larger towels, a bar fridge in the room.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Specially Mama and Marie.
