Première Classe Châlons-en-Champagne

Staff were fine, beds comfortable and room clean. Breakfast was OK.

Very, very basic. We expected basic facilities but not this basic! Based on this experience, Première Classe has gone well downhill since we previously used their hotels some years ago. No tea/coffee facility in room; exterior paintwork in extremely poor condition. For not that much more cost, our hotel the next night in Germany was like the Savoy! Much, much better value.

Not the plushest of hotels. Does the job for an overnight stay, but no longer. Room very compact, shower too small. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Looks like a prison on the outside. Breakfast was super basic.

Easy to get to, clean and comfortable. Close to supermarket and fuel.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable

The man on reception had a real attitude never seen him before would not like to see him again

Nothing ,AC room was sweltering next door was a long term resident noise my , felt a little unsafe Beds were uncomfortable

Allowing for the fact that this is a budget option, even so, the building was rather run down , the room was very cramped and very hot as no air con. Also a very limited breakfast

Nothing to like really, at a push, bed sheets were freshly laundered, but this is a given.

A very dated build, the room was equally basic and felt like grubby student digs. The bathroom although clean, was a small plastic pod, like a caravan toilet, shower and sink. The beds had foam mattresses which felt damp. Unfortunately, there were a lot of flies in the room too. The hotel is s on a dilapidated industrial park and the town is a drive away.

Price was super cheap. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very thin walls to the room. Bathroom door very close to the bed. Mattress was covered so that the bed got very hot.

At the time when I called the staff was not on the spot and when I did call it was said that in English my question was not clear, and my French was not very good

Really run down rooms were very worn out bed was uncomfortable and the shower was far too small the shower curtain kept getting stuck to me

Good location. Clean and functional. Friendly and professional staffs. Bed is solid and comfortable.

I find the room can be a little dim. Maybe add 1-2 more source of light that would be great.

We booked a non-smoking room and the only two ashtrays on the corridor were next to our doors. It stank in our rooms!!!

We were late but check-in at the machine worked fine.The rooms were clean and well presented For a quick cheap stop over, this was excellent.

The coffee machine wasn't working.

I had a ground floor room, just a few meters from where my car was parked.There was some noise from an adjacent room but not bad enough to keep me from sleeping.

No Towels, only one chair. Felt a bit like being in a container unit. Limited natural light, inadequate window..

for my travel it is in a very good location, easy to access from the motorway. Is simply set up, but good for a one-night stay just for sleeping and a good breakfast. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful.

The reception closes at 9 PM and the output of the room key from the machine outdoor is very complicated and confusing. Id did not work properly. The lady we called up came out and helped us very kindly.

Friendly staff. walking distance to eateries and a washing machine service on the pavement. That was a first for us but it was so handy to see this so it would be good for other people who come to stay that they can just wash their clothes across the road.

All the other guests standing in the hallways smoking. This really was aweful. They shouldnt allow smoking in the hall ways as one cant keep the door open if you are a non smoker. Luckily I didnt have to climb up to the bed above the double bed but its a challenge for an adult to get up and down there. My husband did it and said it was a challenge.

Ample parking .supermarkets and food close by.clean room big shower area,

Poor wifi connection,noisy especially around 4.00 am when the workers staying there were all setting off for work.
