HOTEL & SPA Le Renard Centre

Location, good bar, and good breakfast. Staff were very nice.

Our room was on the 3rd floor, but the elevator only went to the second. We had very heavy luggage, so the final 4 flights of steps were challenging.

My wife was suffering from vertigo on the day we left and the staff allowed us to check out later than normal.

There was a slightly odd smell in the bathroom

The moment we looked at the sheets, a live bed bug welcomed us — utterly disgusting and unforgivable! We immediately checked out. Hotel is saying that the bug is not a “bed bug” as they are experts in bed bugs.

We arrived very late after a long cycle ride and they made sure we could still get cold drinks and that we were welcomed. Thank you

We stayed in an apartment so it was completely self-contained which was great. We had our own kitchen and sitting room and having a bath was a bonus after a few weeks of living on a boat! The hotel is central so really handy for restaurants and is well connected with the railway station nearby.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy. And wine glasses in the kitchen would have been nice, although a tumbler of wine went down well!

We have stayed many times before. This time the rooms we had were not as good as previously but it won’t put us off staying again

The coffee machine light flashed all night. The breakfast was not as well stocked as previously. But the staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean

Location great in the square right in the centre of town with secure car parking at the back. Champagne bar very good. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast very nice. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was much appreciated.

Unfortunately the room was very cold even with the heating on. Also the corridors were very cold.

The room that we had was perfect as it was right next to the parking and on the ground floor so access with our dog was great. The bed was very comfortable. We bought some champagne from the hotel which was delicious and good value.

The room was advertised as having a sofa bed but it was just a sofa so couldn’t be used as a bed.

Excellent location, but difficult to locate the parking we had booked. The Christmas Market probably didn't help the access. Unfortunately breakfast wasn't available early enough for our departure.

It got very cold in the apartment and took a while to work out how to use all of the heaters. No hot water at first so had to guess which buttons to press on a radiator in the bathroom to get it hot enough. An instruction card would be useful.
