The best choice of a hotel in the whole area! Rooms are big and clean, restaurant Is perfect, so comfy and interesting decorated, food Is delicious, breakfast Is perfect. Mr. Gerhard, the general manager Is such a nice man, he helped me with organising the rest of my long trip to Jakarta. Thank you so much for everything, many thanks to all the stuff for their hospitality.I really hope, someday we see you again!Big hugs from Siana, Nikola and Virginia!

helpful staff, breakfast

pool water is not clean, broken soap dispenser

Good location

Can' early checkin. Room tok small

Good location, nice bedroom, quite spacy, and the bed is comfy. The staffs are helpful and very friendly. I like the Mendoan tempe; it's delicious.

The bathroom and the toilet were not too clean. The towels were rather damp. The air conditioner in my room produced a noisy "tic-tic" sound.

None, staying there just because other hotels were full or dramatically increase their rates during the holidays.

Towels were filthy and stinky so that I had to use paper tissues to dry my skin after shower. Bed sheets were also dirty.

The place is near to The locals restaurant, the price is valuables and the rooms is very comfy and unique.

The check in process was very smooth and easy. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. My request for next to each other room plus connecting door were fulfilled, so I and family could stay comfortably. The location is very easy to find on the big road and near the Sport Hall where we can find many culinary around.

I understand that it is a youngsters hotel with all the funky interior/pictures design. However, it is a bit too much for me if the room is also decorated with funky pictures. I think the hotel is still under renovation because the bathroom is not very clean and we still find some old blotches on the floor, door, and wall.

Spacious Junior Suite room and perfect location nearby sport arena.

The bath room size is a bit cramped especially in wash basin area and the interior outside the room needs more lightings and wall re-paint.

Location, near many restaurants. The pool is also comfortable.

The hall place feels a bit run-down. Shower is leaking, faucets are unstable, the walls can do with a new layer of paint. It all felt a bit drowsy.

Nice ....the decoration was unique

To make safety and clean at the gym room because when we are used was a little snake at property and its make we are not comfortable to be there

location, bed is firm

u can here people talk in the alley, staff is friendly but require more training in efficiency

I find what I need, i.e reflexology.

I find no soap in the bathroom, please check it regularly.

The staffs are really helpful and have a great smile

Convenient for my overnight stop over. Amazing staff
