Luminor Hotel Purwokerto by WH

I had a alittle issue with the room I booked at this hotel, but the hotel manager responded quickly and provided the best service and ensured my comfort during my stay at Luminor Hotel. This was my first experience being prioritized in a hotel by a very friendly and gentle manager. Even when I checked out, the hotel manager gave me the best smile that made me very impressed with the hospitality of this hotel. Thank you to Miss Emy.I feel like staying at Luminor is one of the best experiences I have ever had.

The location is very good. In the downtown of purwokerto. This hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from Purwokerto station

I do not have complain

The breakfast was great. There was a lot of variety. Normally the wait staff would fill my coffee cup, but, I had to get my own coffee. The wait staff was quick to clear our table from dirty plates and used utensils, and they were very polite.

The first was that I had to wait for over 30 minutes and two phone calls at the train station for the hotel shuttle. It was prearranged three days in advance and the front desk knew the train I was coming with and its time of arrival. This was my biggest disappointment. The room was large, but, the bathroom was of a wet design. After a shower, the floor became slippery and dangerous for seniors. The cleaning of the toilet and sink left a lot to be desired for a hotel of this calibre. Well below the cleanliness of international standards. The bedsheet seemed to be fresh although there was a stain. Our room did not smell fresh.

The ambience was exactly what I have seen on the booking.com listing - modern, warm & friendly. The exterior and interior were delightful to find in a small city like Purwokerto. The staff from the security to the reception desk, cleaning service, housekeeping & hotel staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/inquiry. We accidentally left a jacket in the car which took us from the hotel to the train station and just realised it when we were already on the train. A quick call and several WhatsApp messages, we have received our jacket delivered to our hometown. The free shuttle was a bonus ( I read your IG page about it) Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and care. The food during breakfast was good too. A great idea too (for the environment) to have glass water pitchers which we filled drinking water from the water cooler. No plastic waste and able to have ample water when needed.

The bed linen had some streaks/botches, the bathroom exhauster need to have a stronger suction power, & routine room checks. We noticed a room near ours which was not completely closed for more than several hours. We called the front desk to check, which they did.

The place is close to city center where we can explore the area easy. Trip were so fun with my family

The hotel signboard can not be seen from the main road, especially for new comer coming with private car

The location is near to "Alun-alun" and center of "oleh-oleh"

access to and from the drop-off lobby is too narrow for groups using tour bus transportation

Just Amazing. Loved the room, the bed, the breakfast spread.

Very extensive breakfast choiceVery friendly staffRoom layout

Small bathroom

The bed is VEry comfort , cleanliness is good. Check in/out is Ok . Free Car Parking

Too many types of food but just medium standard

the shower is open together with toilet and sink, so the water falls anywhere makes the floor became wet.

Near alun-alun

the entrance to the hotel and dropoff lobby is too narrow if you using a bus

The shopping Rita Mall 5mins away

For a Suite room the standard was real disappointment! Toilet was very bad and it is separated from showerTowels are old and for a suite, face towels are not given in the toilet! My stay was during WORLD CUP SEASON and was no LIVE streaming with no TV at the lobby.Another hotel Elsotel Hotel was great before I shift to Luminor!NO RECOMMENDED FOR SUITE ROOMS!

Good location, breakfast, and services. Reasonable prices. I like the swimming pool. Excellent city view from the pool.

Location was good, rooms were spacious

Two out of of three rooms have stained bedsheets. In one of them were have to ask them too change it.

delicius of vegetables and near mall

there aren't facility of praying( sajadah )

Good breakfast and good service, the pool is very cool and has a very good view of the town center. The location is amazing, giving you access to everything in just few meters. The room is comfy and the shower is good.

The AC unit was leaking water in the room but we called service and it was fixed in some minutes. At breakfast napkins were nowhere to be found sometimes.

the location is in a strategic place, close to the city square and culinary places and reasonable room rates.

The entrance and exit lanes for vehicles and drop off lobby are very narrow

Location is great, right in front of the city center (alun-alun) and there is a mall just a short walking distance from the hotel. Easy to find food, the neighborhood is quite lively and not too dark, but quiet enough that it will provide you with a good rest. Gym and pool is quite clean as well.

They don't provide towels for the gym equipment so I think you should call in advance. Views from the pool are great, but only at one side. The other sides are covered by mall and residential area.

The hotel is new and the design is also nice

The hotel is not easy to be found

Asking suite room but not available. The front desk didnot offer breakfast instead room only fare.

too squeezed
