Comfortable bed, good breakfast and a restaurant for dinner on site.

Access and exit to property was challenging.

Bed was very comfortable, and rooms had shutters to make it better for sleeping. But you can hear neighbours, but it's hard to find a hotel where you can't. Plus, there was a coach trip staying there. So lots of people around.

Easily accessible.Modern and pleasant. Ample parking.

Staff smoked right at the entrance to the property.

Great hotel, the staff were lovely and we found our room had been upgraded to a better one when we arrived which was really nice of them. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay to attend a wedding at chateau hermival nearby. Had parking right outside. We would stay here again if we were in the area again!

Shower over a bath

Considering it was a Sunday night, I was impressed with the menu options available

I was surprised by the fact that the shower area was merely curtained off, rather than being in a separate room

Great location. Lovely, welcoming staff. Nice reception / lounge area. Beautiful restaurant / breakfast room with outdoor seating. We had a fabulous dinner and a good warm and cold breakfast with great coffee. Our Superior Room was not overly large but perfectly serviceable for one night and well equipped (electric window shutters, air-con, mini fridge, electric kettle, large TV, room safe, good mattresses and pillows). The recycled paper biro the look of which matches the coffee stirrer wrappers is brilliant. Shower room with plenty of hot water, no disposable plastic items but instead real glasses and dispenser-type toiletries, magnifying mirror, tissues.

When I book a twin room, I want a meaningful distance between the two single beds, not for them to be pushed together to essentially form a double bed. We also found the charge for breakfast expensive.

Lovely restaurant attached to the hotel which was open in August, an unexpected bonus after a day of travelling. The decor in the room was very tasteful and modern and also had a convenient fridge.

It may not be to everyone's taste that the ensuite facilities are behind a curtain, rather than a door.

I think the price is a bit high in terms of location, room size.The first day we arrived early, we asked if we could get coffee (since it is still breakfast time), and the day when we checked out, they charged us 4.4 Euro per cup. It is too expensive for that coffee from breakfast area, also would have been nice if they told us that we gotta pay, when they gave us the coffee. Also I wanted cappuccino, but it tasted like hot chocolate with some caffeine.Update on 17.06.2025:3 important points:1. No one mentioned early check-in needs extra charging. We did not ask for early check-in, as we could put our stuff in the car, but the staff told us the room is ready and asked if we want to check in early. No extra charge was mentioned at all.2. What do you mean by "my partner asked to charge the room"?? what do you even mean by this sentence? We did not ask for anything extra.3. I complained about you not telling us the coffee needs extra charging. If you have told us, we wouldn't have bought the coffee. Plus, 4.4 Euro is for EACH cup. Meaning 8.8 Euro in total for 2 small cups of cappuccinos, the machines is not even comparable with a coffee shop...

It was a great hotel and exceptional for the price. The manager checked us in and was really nice, friendly and helpful. The room facilities were great, perfect for what we needed.

Nothing, it was all really good.

The staff were excellent and very attentive. We enjoyed Marcus practising his English on us. Both Marcus and his brother were thoroughly delightful young men.We ate in the restaurant, although it was the chefs day off the cold buffet was very good.

The area was not as expected as it was just off a main road on a trading estate. But as we were there only 1 night it was ok. The Internet wasn't available, and the tv channels were limited. Being in the area it was there wasn't really anywhere to walk to with no tv it was a bit boring until it was time for the evening meal.On saying that, we would stay there again
