Great location. Room comfortable. Nice breakfast.
Old fashioned courtesy; comfortable beds ; excellent food. All attractions within walking distance
Convenient! Especially appreciated parking / well worth the fee.

Location
There was no AC ,no fridge in the room and a very bad smell in the halls,I never recommend this place to anyone.
I look out the window, and lo - a huge cathedral. Turns out it's a Major Pilgrimage Site (I didn't know before)this hotel is at the center of the city with free parking in the squares- so I walked to all the pilgrimage sites.Everything as you would expect of 3 star hotel.
The location, room size and restaurant were great.
No air conditioning
Old world charm of the building and kind, professional staff. The most wonderful old style French restaurant! Can’t wait to come back! Parking garage included.
It was all perfect.
situated in city center and parking in front or in hotel garage.menu and breakfast were very reasonable.
Centrally located that allowed for walking to the sites we visited around the city & train station. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially since we didn’t speak French.
Property was quite big. Available parking spot in a private parking lot.
Smell was embarrassing, restaurant food didn’t meet the average quality, rooms require renovation
Excellent location, private parking for my motorbike. Friendly staff, great Hotel restaurant delicious food. I’ll definitely return.
Nothing everything was really good.
The hotel is perfectly located, 10 minutes walking from the railway station and close to Basilica and the central square. Very comfortable room with all necessary facilities, including an electric kettle to make coffee and tea. Very clean room and shower. Very good and tasty breakfast.
The pillow wasn't very comfortable, it was a bit too hard and flat. I also was annoyed by a very unpleasant noise of moving furniture somewhere above my room, and it happened every time after 10 pm and lasted for an hour or so. I have no idea what people move all the time around at that time, but it was very disturbing.
Close to town centre. Friendly staff.
Strange smell in bathroom (room 302) and we wouldn't recommend the hotel restaurant, chez Alain. Staff, very friendly but food poor, feels like made to a price. My wife had the braised ham in cider sauce, it was terrible, a preformed slice off a block and although not expensive better is to be had at local restaurants for similar price. Our comments were simply met with an 'oh, sorry'.Also reception should keep a few spare coffee sachets as they are sparing with those left in the room.
The location was perfect, the staff was so kind, it was incredibly clean and comfortable, the view was absolutely stunning, the breakfast was fantastic and dinner at the restaurant was exceptional. Ooh and the bathtub was an added bonus! I cannot say enough good things about my stay. 100% would stay again!
I didn't like that i couldn't stay longer!
Great people, great location to train station and carmelite monastery.
No air conditioning, the weather was cool, but street noise was loud with windows opened.
Everything about the property is lovely. The rooms are large and airy, as are the communal spaces. Everywhere is lovely and clean too.
The property is well located and generally clean. The rooms are fairly well appointed although not quite logically. The restaurant next door has lovely staff who are helpful and jolly. There is parking.
We had no curtains in one window of the bedroom which we found odd, especially given the attachments were there for blinds which themselves were not. We used a blanket to shut out the light on the first night having arrived late. When we asked the management if we could have curtains the following day - they looked at us as if we were aliens and said that having not curtains was “normal”. The pillows were single and so thin they might as well have not been there. We ended up with cricked necks. We asked for a second pillow each and were given sofa cushions stuffed into pillowcases which smelt and were very unhygienic - so we went and bought two new pillows for ourselves from the local department store. One particular member of the reception team, she knows who she is), was unsmiling, cynical and generally MISERABLE but unfortunately the “face” of the hotel for the duration of our stay. The hotel staff overall were uncaring and resentful and made literally no attempt at giving a warm welcome or providing a restful stay.. except for the new chap who was very sweet.
The distance from all point. I love the beautiful facade of the hotel and the color combination Bed was comfortable. All the staff are attentive to the needs of the guest. We stayed 2 nights and at 1st night, it was about midnight the lights was off suddenly, the assigned desk officer that night has fix right away the problem.
The little problem is in the restaurant, their menu was written only in French and no pictures, about how it looks like that plate or dish.
