Exceptional staff, changed the room to an accessible one on the ground floor. Very good breakfast, reasonably priced. Rooms have everything a 3-stars hotel should have. Hotel is centrally located with a small supermarket just a few steps away, convenient. Also, try the vietnamese restaurant on the same street!

Reception was very efficient and welcoming.

Door lock didn't work but receptionist was able to give us an alternative room without any fuss.

Website says you can’t book parking, but it is available. We were told at reception there was no parking as we didn’t book it.??? Just frustrating.

We stayed at this hotel for an overnight stop before returning to the UK after a motorcycle tour. We chose it because it’s close to Calais, offers a secure private car park (we prefer not to leave our bikes on the street in large towns or cities due to theft concerns), and is within easy walking distance of the town centre.The town centre is only a two-minute walk away, with a selection of restaurants and a quirky pub/cocktail bar, if that is too far for tired legs there is an Italian next door to the Hotel.Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, featuring the usual continental options along with scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes for those wanting some hot options. It’s also open very early in the morning, which is ideal for those catching an early Channel Tunnel crossing—probably one of the main reasons many guests stay here.I read a review mentioning that some rooms in the courtyard are “accessible to the public.” I stayed in one of these rooms and found security perfectly adequate—you need a key card to enter the stairwell and the room itself. A friend of mine stayed in another courtyard room at the opposite corner and had no concerns either. At night, the courtyard is locked with a huge gate.I travel into Europe most years and will definitely stay here again on the way in or out of Europe.

During our stay there was no hot water on arrival, but after our meal there was enough for a shower, but as no other reviews mention it I can only assume they had some issue at the time and it will be resolved.

Perfect location in a beautiful town. Free parking was a bonus. Rooms comfortable and staff very friendly

The walls are a bit thing: we could hear snoring from the next room.Good to have air conditioning but it was a bit noisy.

Welcoming staff, great location just meters from the main square and on the Chemin Estelle Camino. Very nice room and bathroom, fair price.

Beds were very comfy. The bedroom and shower room were clean.

Being put into a group floor room which was designed for people with disabilities had one major disadvantage - we couldn't safely open the windows at night without worrying about someone breaking in. It was very hot and stuffy and dark. Nowhere to park as all the spaces were occupied.

For the price, the room is well appointed with large beds. Some free parking behind the hotel. The buffet breakfast is exceptional....certainly for the very modest price that they charge for the room. It's close to the centre of town so is a good place to break your journey to/from the Channel Ports if you're venturing further into France. All round good value.

All very good, we've stayed here several times over the years. Great location, good rooms, fair price, easy to find. Sadly was a little noisy last time, not the fault of the hotel.Will definitely stay again.

Excellent central location with free parking. Super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast good. Room comfortable, shame they are having trouble with the air conditioning (newly installed)

Quite warm and air con not working. Shower wasn't great.

The studio was excellent, clean, spacious, good shower-room. We didn't cook but it was well equipped had we wanted to. Easy parking and only a short walk from the town square. Perfect stop-off point on our way back to the shuttle.

The bed the location the bathroom is clean and the breakfast and of course the Easter decoration was very lovely and the easter eggs on the table.

The shower is slippery and the scramble egg was smelly i just wonder what kind of egg they’ve used smells a bit off.

Excellent location, close to the town centre. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff very helpful. Because of a car problem we had to extend our stay and this was managed well. Very clean. Parking seemed plentiful and easy to access, but as our car was in a garage for repair we couldn't experience this!

WiFi a bit patchy

We requested a ground floor accessible room, since one of us is recovering from a hip replacement operation, and were very pleased to find it equipped with two large beds and a very good clean bathroom / wet room which met our needs pretty well. The hotel is reasonably priced and well situated in the centre of St Quentin, with its own parking (we probably got the last space), and the room was quiet.

Could do with one or two more hooks for towels in the bathroom, which was cold (the heater didn't come on).Couldn't open up the wi-fi.
