Arrived late having communicated this to the hotel. Card machine didn’t work so was never issued a key card. Had to find somewhere else to stay. Very disappointed

Staff very helpful. Hotel was clean

Decorations and building is very tired. Door to room did not shut properly.

Cheap and cheerful for an overnight stay. After having a very cold and miserable stay in a Premiere Classe in Reims at the start of our holiday we were really worried about our stay here, but actually it was pretty good. The room was warm and represented good value for money for an overnight stay for 3 people. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was very tired but we didn't really mind as we arrived late and left early, so actually none of us needed a shower. The covers on the bed were very thin but the room was warm enough so it wasn't uncomfortable.

Location was fantastic as a stopover on the way to Calais. Easy to reach, great all you can eat restaurant 2 mins away. Checkin out of hours available, super cheap accommodation.

The light switches had lights on them that shone in your eyes, someone had taped over one but we didn’t have any tape for the other, the towels were super thin and the bathroom had odd mouldy bits and no clues to turning taps for shower temp so resulted in getting the wet room rather wet trying to run it to an acceptable temperature. This hotel is for a stop over, somewhere to lay your head, you can’t argue with it for the price which was excellent and it was good enough for a late arrival early start

    Easy check in. Friendly staff.

Showing its age. Issues with doors difficult to close, bathroom very dated, bathroom light not working properly.

Location very close to the motorway Very friendly and helpful staffDog friendly

Couldn’t get the hot water to work - luckily a cold shower woke me up ready for the day driving

Unable to check in to pre-booked rooms

We couldn’t check in. We arrived at 9.30pm after long delays on the autoroute and the reception was closed. The auto check-in machine wasn’t working - although it could find our booking, it wasn’t able to take payment on any of our cards and so we were unable to check in. The phone number provided in case of issues was out of order so we had no other way of getting hold of them. This happened to others arriving too. We needed up having to continue our drive back to the UK and change our Eurotunnel crossing as all hotels were busy. Very poor. Would not stay at a premiere classe again.

The receptionist and the orange juice

The graffiti on the bed, the lock held on with gaffer tape

Bed quite comfortable and plenty of parking. Lots of hot water for shower.

No lift for upper floors, tiny bathroom and rather tired and outdated fittings. Would have benefitted for a kettle in room perhaps.

    Helpful staff. Decent breakfast.

Issues with access due to our arriving after the reception desk shut. The automated checkin machine wouldn't accept our card, despite the fact that we had already paid. This entailed a further 30 minute delay before we could enter. Wifi wasn't working. The entire room looked 'tired' - bathroom facilities had cigarette burn and plastic melting marks, the windows wouldn't close properly and the door was really difficult to close as it had been repaired on a number of occasions.

The only positive thing is the hotel is near the highway. You could quickly escape from this "hotel"

rooms very dirty and unpleasant, staff does not speak English or even French. in the ad there is information about a garage - there is nothing like that there

    7StephenPosted on: 8-27-2024

Good shower. Breakfast was surprisingly good. You know it’s not an F1!

A little bit noisy at night but nothing serious. When I went to use the machine to check-in I apparently owed 10c. My card would not pay this amount and so I had to buy the breakfast.

    7DonnaPosted on: 8-19-2024

3 single beds with bedding, sheets all very clean. Towels also provided. Very basic but all that was needed for a brief stopover en route and easy parking. Last minute booking was fine. Bathroom very small in the corner of the room but great to have our own facilities at this price and water pressure for shower was excellent.

The outside looks a bit shabby and with only the one window it was quite warm in the room but small things for an economical stopover.

    4SaraPosted on: 7-29-2024

The breakfast had a good spread

The mattresses were stained. Bathroom tiny and handles broken, sink with cigarette burns. Plaster coming off in areas. Some lights were broken.

    1StephenPosted on: 6-17-2024

    Nothing!

Everything, the room stank and was unclean. The staff were awful.

    2WillPosted on: 6-10-2024

    Be careful!!

The 'owner' was very creepy. He made my partner feel uncomfortable and kept asking her for the room number and followed her to the room when i wasn't there. He made inappropriate comments towards her, which made our stay uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend staying here especially if you are female as he is very creepy.

Value for money. Clean comfortable and good location for early ferry to Dover.

Very kitty room to walk around the bed.
