ibis Saint Quentin Basilique

No free parking.?got gouged 20 Euros to park in a construction strewn lot.?

Clean, air conditioned. The most helpful staff ever.

We were on a trip of Northern France and just happened to pick Saint Quentin. What a great location and town centre. Hotel well placed and almost new.

Nothing. All was good!

Centrally located. Parking opposite is free and weekends. Clean, comfortable and super value for money. Our room had a direct view of the basilica.

Very good fresh selection of self service breakfast food and drinks.Convenient parking in the square opposite. Wonderful opportunity to visit the basilica directly opposite, and view from bedroom window also!

The ground floor toilet was out of use unfortunately, although this was presumably temporary.

Good location on route from the UK with some good local restaurants. Good beds.

Bathroom is small and quite basic.

Staff at reception was exceptional.Position was good with good view.

However room was cold, the heat pump didn’t seem to make a difference and quite old compared to other ibis I’ve been at.

Warm welcome from the staff, great brekky - rooms were basic but fair for the price.

Rooms were tight, so would explore paying a little more for a bigger one next time

Good value hotel with clean rooms but a little tired, especially for an Ibis.

Decor was a bit grubby

Great price, location and comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful and gave us a kettle for our room. We’ve stayed at this hotel in the past. Great stop from the Eurotunnel.

Very conveniently located in the centre of town opposite the Cathedral. Room to store bikes inside the hotel which is a bonus. Comfortable room in the older part of the hotel. Good shower, comfortable bed, plenty of light. Very good option for a short stay. Breakfast was good, coffee good.

The location was excellent.

Very noisy from building works and buses just outside the hotel.The air conditioning did not function at all just the fan function so our room was stuffy and hot.

The staff when we arrived and at the bar were lovely and very friendly. Dogs are accepted.

The staff in the morning was disinterested. The room was tiny and everything looked very tired. Did not really look like the pictures. The air con did not give off a lot of cool air at all. Stains on the carpet in front of the room.

Staff were excellent room clean and a fantastic view of the church

No toilet paper and the body gel in shower, and the aircon was not working.

Parking is a nightmare because of works outside of the hotel

the hotel was very clean and comfortable and I slept very well!

Either the bottle or the water machine put hair and little black crumbs of something in my water. The water from the sink had a sulfur smell (maybe from the construction?)

Good for an overnight stay to break up a 900 mile drive

Breakfast not as good as 3 weeks earlier when I stayed in same hotel. Perhaps I was later going for breakfast.Large parking area opposite currently being renovated.

Fairly typical Ibis hotel. You know what you are going to get. A well laid out but quite small room. Hotel in nice location next to the Basilica, with parking across the road, which happened to be free on a Sunday, or nearby in an underground garage. Close to town centre with shops and restaurants a couple of minutes away. Good value for money.

You could hear quite a lot of noise from other rooms which disturbed the night for us.
