The room was big and clean, the hotel is very elegant, and the staff nice.

Lovely location, slightly closer to river than town centre but a pleasant walk in. Didn’t have breakfast as left early. Room was spacious and very comfy.

Wish it had a salad to offer in the evening but not really a problem They don’t have a restaurant so offering pizza was what that could do

The hotel is sited very close to the centre of St Quentin, but can be reached easily by car (parking available) or by train. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

A good stopping off hotel. Excellent staff. Good size bed.

We read from previous customers they were promised parking and never got it, so we requested parking twice and when we got to the hotel we were given a straight sorry no parking. Sad because it was a lovely hotel and does make us think about using this stop over again

Location, quirkiness, the fact that it has very convenient parking right opposite the hotel is a great plus.

The carpets in the rooms are looking a bit marked/stained.

The room choices were good, good value, quiet area. Dogs welcomed, parking available with pre-booking. Bathroom very large, bath and separate shower. Comfort king room is really big and certainly comfortable. For the English speakers among us - the rooms have British TV channels ?.

Parking was tight for any larger vehicle in the secure car park. Breakfast was pretty poor. Lots of choice but all hot options were cold and surprisingly the bread was not great. We had two king rooms (one comfort king), and one of the baths could not be used as the lever to switch bath-shower was missing.

Convenience, parking,large bed and bedroom,UK TV channels. Receptionist (LUANA) was very friendly.

This is a beautiful building and great hotel. Wish he had had more time to explore the area.

Location was great, easy to get to, and just a short walk to centre of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very large room.

Noisy heater (right next to the television which got a bit warm) and big room was challenging to keep warm without it.

There was so much attention to detail. Everything was very pleasing to the eye and the soul.The interior design was spot on, the rooms felt luxurious with lots of added extra touches to add to the experience.The bed was really comfortable with high quality bed linen.We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that It really was a wonderful place to be, and we will return.

I always wonder why there aren’t more hooks in hotel rooms ( coat hooks, hooks in bathrooms), that would have been nice to see. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was really high up on the wall, I’m not very tall so it was a struggle for me.The water took a very long time to become hot ( and could have been hotter even then, to be honest).It’s hard to criticise anything else as this place is near perfect ?

Room was really cold on arrival, couldn’t get either bedside lights to work, ran the shower for 10 mins but the water was still cold,

High quality accommodation at an affordable price. We’ve stayed several times now, en route by car from Oxford UK via Shuttle, to Lyon. A reliable and recommendable choice. If you arrive during the evening, even on a Sunday, “le 8” restaurant a few doors down the road has an affordable gourmet menu.

Have visited Le Pic 4 or more times. No complaints re standard of accommodation. Worth also mentioning this is only a few metres from an excellent restaurant ‘Le 8’, important if you arrive in the evening and you want a great meal close by.

Nothing much. A very small niggle is that despite improvements in the breakfast, any hot food (scrambled egg/bacon) is kept warm but perhaps the hot service tray could be replenished more often or a microwave facility bought in for customer use, or hot food not presented at all, increasing the range elsewhere. Previously croissants were small but now a better /standard size. Coffee machine better since last visit. Coffee itself good. Tiny niggles. Still great over all.
