Wonderful large junior suite, large and comfortable bed, excellent location, friendly staff. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Very good breakfast, nice and clean pool, perfect location close to Puerto del Carmen, big and easy to find parking, Wi-Fi, very friendly staff, room size, minigolf. Good restaurants nearby.

Air conditioning is quite weak, you have to set it to 5 degrees and maybe leave the card in the room to make it work and to feel the difference. Before we did, we woke up to the heat at night.

Great hotel with lovely rooms all very clean, pool area is great with plenty of sun beds. Breakfast is excellent. All the staff are very helpful. We have been twice now and will be back.

Amazing breakfast. Staff so pleasant and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Location an hours walk from old town Puerto del Carmen. Bus about 6 minutes. Very convenient. Very good entertainment at night.

Everything was great

Excellent selection for breakfast. Large selection of juices, fruit, cereals, yogurts, light and full breakfasts. Really enjoyed! The welcome at reception on arrival was the most hospitable we have ever experienced. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had been fully renovated last year. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The outdoor dining area and the pool area were superb. There were no shortage of sun loungers. The evening entertainment was great and was different every night. It lasted about 90 minutes. The location is across the road from Los Pocillios beach, and there is a large selection of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Many thanks to Angela for the care she took in servicing our room. Reception were able to get us a taxi in minutes, and were always very obliging, especially Janett.

Coming home

Right at beach. So close to airport. Nice quiet location. Pool gets very busy - all loungers in use. Dinner and breakfast busy. Perfect for a night stay. Staff very nice.Probably a bit busy for me to stay longer. My room was amazing view looking at beach and sea! Lovely room and big balcony.

Our room was disappointing. We have stayed at this hotel before and had a fabulous experience. This time however, we expected a better experience as we booked a bigger room ×2 bedrooms opening to a balcony with sun lounger. It was loud beside reception & no sun anytime in the balcony ? sun loungers were of no use. We extended our holiday & decideded to move to different property altogether for another 3 days holiday

Welcoming and helpful reception staff, clean and well presented hotel & facilities, chilled vibe, good location.

My only critique was being turned away from the pool bar and politely being asked to sit down to wait to be served, which often took ages. I’ve not experienced that at any 4 or 5 star hotels in mainland Spain / Canaries or further afield and we’re frequent travellers. While table service is great and admittedly adds a touch of class, it wasn’t ideal due to lack of staff. There was only ever one server taking orders from all the seated guests, which often resulted in lengthy waits or having to catch the waiter’s attention (not the waiter’s fault may I add - they all done what they could). More servers required if that system is to work without Guests becoming frustrated but on a positive note, it’s an easy fix - either allow bar service or ensure more than one server is available to seamlessly accommodate all guests.

No where to shower if you had a late flight,had to change in the toilet area.The hotel in general was ok overall. Breakfast had a good choice but the food was luke warm ( B&B ) only.

Did not expect this from a complex. Staff professional and spoke 3 languages! Clean, tidy and positive atmosphere around the hotel.Food was first class and they do an all inclusive package. Bedroom was warm, but a fan was provided. Sleep and bed comfort was top drawer.Pool was large enough and there were plenty of loungers. We cannot wait to be back. I’ll learn more German for our return trip.Highly recommended.

Loved the location and facilities. The rooms were extremely impressive with comfortable beds and pillows and the showers were amazing. Will definitely be back.

Loved the location of the hotel - just across the road from the beach,Our room (125) was amazing. It was so spacious and had a fabulous terrace overlooking the pool.

The food was plentiful but options were limited. There was no food allergy information which made things a bit tricky as my husband needs gluten free food.

Location was good

The food was very poor breakfast was cold even when it was brought out fresh. Lucas at breakfast was so rude I am still shocked at his behaviour. Room was very poor, very smelly and very small with a dirty balcony.
