Hotel Lanzarote Village

Facilities were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were courteous and professional.

No recommendation here.

Breakfast was good, variety of options.room cleaned daily, fresh towels. Lovely pool area with lifeguard on duty. Overall lovely hotel.

We had pull out sofa bed in our room for our two kids, it was ok but could have been more comfortable i feel. Games room for kids, pool table, ping pong table however couple of these out of order.

We had a wonderful time at this 4-star all-inclusive hotel. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers lovely sea views. The pool area was clean and spacious, with plenty of loungers and shaded spots to relax. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The food at the buffet was delicious but not really varied, anyway, had options for all tastes. The drinks were great in the other hand, varied,generous and well-mixed.Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely balcony sea view. Is a great hotel for family with with kids and elderly people!

It’s a beautiful setting, slightly away from the busy nightlife but still lots of restaurants and bars/attractions close by. Right on the sea front too

Hotel was perfect in every way for us. We stayed in early May and it was quiet, a very popular area for retirement holidays it appeared. The pool was great, food was delicious. All inclusive had a different dinner theme every night which was great, no repetition and boring foods! The rooms were spotless and house keeping called every day to make the beds, change the towels and clean up. The addition of a games room with pool table, table tennis, basketball court and tennis court outside. Kids disco and live entertainment every night. Location was great, right between two bus spots that are directly from the airport (€1.40 for the 161 bus from Airport to San Antonio hotel just 5 minute walk away!) I’d highly recommend the hotel to everyone!

No complaints. All the staff were lovely, food was great and the bedrooms were amazing!

Too many people everywhere but especially during meals which were all buffet ones, like a holiday camp. I’m too old for that.

Really clean, room cleaned everyday, beds sheets and towels changed.Pool towels available as part of AI. Shampoo, shower gel, moisturiser all in room and replenished.Opposite beach, 5min walk to bars, shops restaurants.

The entertainment was awful, the hotel would be 10/10 if they get some decent entertainment on in the evenings.

Beautiful Hotel, central location just minutes from the main strip. Staff lovely and excellent facilities.

I liked the location and appreciated a lot that I got a quiet room with easy access to the beach.

The floor in my room could have been cleaned better.

Size of the room, size of the bed (2m x 2m), heated pool, very clean pool and also the area around the pool. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The breakfast is basic and the dinner has few options. Except the Easter evening, the dinner was below a 4 star hotel standard in Spain. The room and the bathroom not so clean. The location is right in front of the beach, but the beach - Playa Pocillos - is not that spectacular like Playa Grande (30 min by walk from the hotel or bus options from San Antonio). The entertainment (evening, aquagym, etc) is one of the lowest we ever seen.

- Heated pool- lots of sunbeds and umbrellas- close to oceanfront- large spacious lobby-free parking in big parking lot

- have to pay for safe 2€/day- weak A/C never able to bring room temp below 24C- room's only windows in sun all day and had no sheers- very weak internet max 7 mpbs download- smokey pool area lots of guests smoking at pool- no do not disturb option on doors- no shade or umbrella on our room's patio- soft bed that sinks in middle- need to ask lifeguard for pool towels- powdered milk in coffee machines for breakfast coffee

Exceelent location close to centre of PDC. Very well suited to families with young children.

Qoeues for food at peak times.

The room was very big, the bed comfortable, lovely breakfast. The best part was the kids entertainment.

ITS POSITION

WHOEVER DESIGNED THE PROPERTY DID NOT BUILD IT FOR THOSE ARE NOT ATHLETIC AS ITS A MAZE OF MANY BLOCKS THAT DO NOT CONNECT AND THE AMOUNT OF STAIRS TO GET TO YOUR APARTMENT IS OBCENE IF YOU LUCKY YOU MIGHT BE IN ONE OF THE BLOCKS THAT HAVE A LIFT AND THERE ARE ONLY TWO IN THE WHOLE BUILDING !

Good selection of warm and continental foods for buffet breakfast. Good location. Nice pool area.

Air conditioning in the bedroom is only average. Sea view is poor. Nightly entertainment could be better.

Staff, room cleanliness and customer service is very good.
