They allow smoking on balconies.Smell of cigarettes in the room once we opened the door was disgusting. Like really disgusting. ?Staff reacted luckily, changed curtains and used some air cleaner. It was all ok after.Anyway, I think smoking should be forbidden in the hotel area. This is the only minus I would say.

Exceptionally clean, extremely friendly staff, fantastic suite with beautiful sun beds, breakfast was amazing.

I have never stayed anywhere as instantly calming and relaxing as this. It is a beautiful hotel made even better by an exceptional team who couldn't be any nicer or more helpful. At a time when there is a lot of talk about locals being fed up with holiday makers, it is rewarding to feel very welcome and valued. Well done to the manager for creating such a great culture within this hotel.

Large complex with many beautiful pools, also 2 of 4 heated - perfect!Very nice breakfasts and dinners but always the same - you cannot eat the same food every day.

Position of our room under a laundry, noone told us it can be noisy. Laundry running until midnight!!!Very poor shows in the evening, singers you cannot sing, rather do not do any programme than such poor one.When solving noisy laundry above our room before our flight back home, we were told to stay calm until midnight, when it will stop... if I wanted a laundry machine above my head, I would not neet to pay over 200eur/night in 4* hotel!Moreover when claiming next day, we were told that also rooms above entertainment part of hotel (that singer who cannot sing), also cannot sleep when the programme is running - this hotel is not worth to visit anymore because their clients are only "numbers", not human beings, very anonymous big complex being run with no human touch...

Second visit. Another business trip on which my partner came along. The hotel is stunning and we had a great time but the room given was ok the third floor and we experience a lot of noise from the room above and the view wasn’t as good as our first trip. Food was good and we adore JJ at the Maar bar for always going an extra mile. Also John for a smooth check in a good customer service throughout our stay.Considering we had one of the best rooms and paid extra for crown service, we did feel some of our requests should have been executed including our request for a room on the 4th floor, use of the business space for a few meetings (this has recently changed to a chargeable booking system) and we also had trouble getting a later checkout which eventually was sorted. We’ll return for sure as I have several other business meetings gs

Very quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. Big rooms and balcony Adults only and I wouldn't recommend for anyone under 30, otherwise you'd get bored.If you want to chill by the pools it's ideal, you will also chill in the pools, coz they are cold!?, but refreshing?

We booked a junior suite with terrace. The description is inner courtyard view. Traveller’s should be very aware that this description is misleading. The room we were offered was in the corner of the building on the second floor with extremely limited view from terrace. No privacy as overlooking adjacent balcony. Room facilities as described. Following a complaint we were reluctantly moved to a pool view room with an open terrace. We believe that this hotel is overrated. No complaint with breakfast or room facilities other than the TV cannot be viewed from the bed. Third photo open terrace. First two photo restricted view.

Good size room. Breakfast. Quiet. Staff generally very attentive. Public areas very tidy. Pools very clean.

Entertainment. Cant see tv from bed. Room attendant service substandard for a hotel of this quality and price - over 250Euros a night.Charge of 20 Euros to keep the room for 1 extra hour on last day. We checked in 4 hours after the 3pm check in time. Thinking of invoicing the hotel for the 4 hours we did not occupy the room!

Weather wasn’t great

Great location, never too busy, easy walk to the main village and lots of food options nearby. Breakfast was great.

If I had to pick, we had to pay €40 for late check out on the day of departure and had to call reception for robes and slippers. They are not included with all room types. Also a box of tissues in the room would have been nice, and face cloths.

Reception was not up to standard

The property was stunning. The rooms were spacious and had all the luxuries you would need. The pools could have been a little warmer but nothing we couldn’t handle. The breakfast was wonderful and so much choice.
