Architecture, very nice, spacious room, location in historic town centre

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the first moment. The staff were truly outstanding – friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

WiFi would switch on and off every other minute, maybe there was less coverage because our room was in the front of the hotel? I had cell service so not big deal. The entrees servedat dinner were so salty they were inedible.

After traveling for 30+ hours to reach our destination, we couldn't have been more graciously welcomed by the staff. We enjoyed a late snack in the bar/cafeteria and were allowed to enjoy thr rooftop area to enjoy the scenery, even though it was late and the area was closed. The room was pristine, modern, large, comfortable, and had everything needed. They learned it was my birthday and a lovely Brut and confections were waiting in our room upon arrival. We enjoyed an amazing buffet in the morning before departure to our actual destination. I would come back here without hesitation. In fact, it is now a new destination for future travel. Could not have been more pleased.

Very clean rooms, great cafe and friendly staff. Loved the interior design, lots of interesting things to look at, and lots of greenery. The gym was well equipped, and the pool and outdoor area were on the roof. Also, I liked having a garage since I had a rental car

The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant downstairs, but there are lots of good restaurants close by

Room, breakfast, and location are prime. This hotel is superb. Staff is phenomenal, attentive, and caring. The building is an old XVIII palace turned a cozy and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is delicious and generous.

What I liked the least was the small size of the room, the lack of a clothes iron, and—given the limited parking in the area—the high cost of the hotel’s parking

It is a modern hotel with a historic component. Well design and very pleasant.

In a few areas it seem like the wall paper was coming off.

Great location with friendly staff and great food.

The perfume that they used at the room was very strong. This is unneccesary and not good for people with respiratory illnesses.

Bat experience

The fridge was broken and they did not fix it. One of the power outlets in the bathroom was also broken. On the TV, you couldn't hear hardly anything because the volume was so low and it was not adjustable.

Nice historical building at the edge of the historic city of town. Bed was big and comfortable.

Large but very simply furnished room, very average breakfast buffet, too expensive for what you get when compared to the other hotels we stayed at in the Canaries.

Fantastic helpful friendly staff ,lovely nice clean room and food . Good location. All staff great . One evening stuck after a hike in a remote village , Oscar helped us by organising a taxi for us - we couldn't speak Spanish- that was so helpful and ensured our safety. Fully recommend.
