10 out of 10 – absolutely outstanding stay!The location is unbeatable, right next to the Hospices de Beaune and within easy walking distance of fantastic restaurants, shops, and everything you want to see in Beaune.The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds are very comfortable—perfect after a day of exploring. Breakfast was exceptional: a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, and truly great coffee.What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the customer service. The owners and staff are incredibly attentive and genuinely caring. On New Year’s Eve, with almost no notice, they called numerous restaurants on our behalf to help us secure a dinner reservation—no easy task the day before. They also offered wonderful advice on travel and sightseeing throughout our stay.You can truly feel how much heart they put into welcoming their guests. We felt completely taken care of and at home. We will absolutely stay here again every time we return to Beaune. Highly, highly recommended.

Location was perfect. We were in a brand new spacious room. Joachin at the desk was very helpful for dining recommendations.

We were running late and staff called to check on us. When we arrived the staff was warm, welcoming and helpful with luggage and a place to park. Our daughter (adult) wanted her own room and because the hotel was full he called around and found a vacancy that worked out well. The continental breakfast was terrific with the many options provided.

Location was excellent. Our suite was roomy and comfortable with good places to store belongings. Liked having a sitting area separate from the bedroom. Hotel is an updated old building so had a nice courtyard and charm.

Light in bathroom was a bit dim at the sink. Had to go down a couple of steps at night to the toilet and was a bit concerned about forgetting about them during the night, but wasn’t a problem. Would have appreciated some help with luggage up two flights of stairs.

I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean and the location was great. Joaquin at the front desk was so personable and extremely helpful.

The air conditioner was a little noisy.

The location and the staff were very nice.

The bathroom, quite bad, toilet separate from the bathroom with no extra sink in the toilet room and also the hot water got cold within few minutes after being used.That's possibly the worst bathroom I had experienced in a hotel.

Wonderful old hotel in best position. Amel at the front desk looked after us like Royalty. The restaurant she recommended for dinner was the best of our trip.

Very noisy, dreadful bed and no hot water very early morning although I ran the water for ages..hot water came later, no good for me at 6am..but the staff were good and the position of the hotel great.

Lovely hotel, central location, very helpful staff. Small but nice room.

Location is perfect. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Be informed, there's no lift. But the receptionist was helpful to carry our bigger luggages into the room. He was also very informative about restaurants and the nearby free parking location.

Nothing. The Hotel is in an old building located in the centre of old town, so the querks of such is expected.

lovely hotel, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.We parked on the road opposite and ate in a family friendly bistro 2 mins walk away.
