Very good breakfast. Handy location for an overnight stay just off the autoroute

Room and en suite were very small . Somewhat over priced

The room was only big enough for a mouse family with low ceilings and tiny bathroom. VERY uncomfortable beds, no place to plug in phones, no elevator, no room to place luggage! HORRIBLE experience as a hotel. We will never ever choose that chain again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Made us feel welcome and at home.

Excellent breakfast buffet!Wine museum nextdoors is excellent! Also nearby busstop with free shuttle to the centre was very convenient (otherwise also doable as 15-20min walk).

Our 4-person bedroom was relatively small, but still ok. Bathroom was small.Airco could not really handle the 42°C outside...

Excellent value for money. Fantastic breakfast spread. Easy access from the autoroute. Short walk into the historic centre.

Other guests talking loudly in then parking lot below my window at midnight - but the windows provided good soundproofing when closed.

Ideal location just off the motorway. Clean and tidy

The room we had this time was very small, too small for comfort.

We only stopped for the night on our way from France to Holland. All we needed was a bed, and the bed was nice.

Rooms are basic and tiny for a family of 4 (1 adult & 3 teenagers..). Fine for a quick sleepover, but expensive compared to what you pay if a quick sleepover is only what you use it for...

Amazing cleanliness. Great bed, sheets, pillows. All new inside and freshly painted. Welcoming staff parking onsite.

We had a second floor room and it was tiny, and the slope of the roof made it very hard to get around comfortably. Also, no lift and two flights of stairs with luggage was hard. Recommend you request a ground floor room or first floor to avoid the angled walls on the second floor. Fine for a single night. Any longer would be hard work.

Had a room on top floor underneath the room. Was 28 degrees at 22:00 and no AC. Had a poor night, way to warm in the room.Our previous stay had been great, but top floor to be avoided.

The lady on reception was very helpful, spoke multiple languages, had lots of local information and was so friendly. The room was really clean and had a very comfortable bed.The location is great. The walk into Beaune centre is very pleasant, quick and easy. The town has a lot to offer. The carpark was spacious and accessible. Also the access to the motorway was great.There are lots of restaurants close by, plenty of options. Supermarkets, fuel stations, boulangeries If I was in the area again I would not hesitate to stay

The Aircon blew out hot when it was set to cold however with the door open there was a lovely breeze. It was not a problem for us but maybe in the summer it would be. The bathroom was tired but everything worked and it was spotlessly clean

It was a real hotel with dining and bar and staff who spoke to you.

Very nice Hotel in the middle of Beaune with access to good restaurants and good parking space.

I love this hotel, nice rooms, comfort beds, bathtub ? Lots of sparking space and ground floor rooms ? Nice cup of thee and coffee ?

Ease of access from motorway. Basic accommodation but fine for purpose of overnight stay when driving through France.

Great staff so friendly and helpful - remembered us from previous visits. Gave us our usual room - so nice.Location is brilliant - close to motorway, no driving through town, pleasant walking distance from town centreRooms are what you expect from a Kyriad clean and all the usual amenities with a bit of a shimmy around one side of the bed - not spacious but fine for a couple of nightsBreakfast all the usual buffet. Restaurant is good (prefer to stroll into town to one of many restaurants/bars)

It was ok but not as a picture my bedroom.

The front desk gave me a wheelchair bedroom; where the shower was very difficult and slippery if you don’t seat at the chair . The location is far way from the city center and with a Truck parking overnight.
