Nice staff, convenient location.

The staff was very kind.

The air conditioning didn’t work and the breakfast was very basic.

Nothing! It’s shocking for the amount we paid.

The floor was dirty. The sink in the bathroom blocked by someone’s previous vomit ( it came back up when we used the sink to brush our teeth!! ). The smell was awful. And the window wasn’t sealed properly, you can hear all the noise from outside and feel a draft! And no one was at the reception so we just had to sleep through it. We left as soon as we woke up, notified the lady at the reception about the sink. She was kind enough to offer breakfast which we didn’t accept, we just wanted to leave as fast as possible.

Clean, easy access, simple arrangement, sufficient for an overnight stay.

We were unable to access the property as the machine to sign in did not work. When the manager turned up she served a French family before us and another gentleman who had been waiting when we had escalated the matter.

Reception didn't speak a word english.Breakfast was not much or fresh. Dishes were dirty.

We arrived late, reception was closed. Called late check-in assistant number and found the staff very friendly and they gave good clear instructions. Meet staff the next morning and they were very pleasant.

Disappointing

The check in was awful. The automatic checkin didn’t allow payment. When I rang the assistance it went through to a central location. The person who took the call failed to understand the problem and stated the obvious and only didn’t break off the call when I wouldn’t allow him. Eventually he contacted the duty member of staff who was helpful but this took 20 minutes to resolve. The tool was average. They had winter thickness duvets in the summer. Rooms were small. Poor quality hotel.

Easy access from motorway. Easy to find somewhere to eat.

Nothing, I have stayed here lots of times on route to the Ardeche.

Ideal hotel for one night Stand, nearby city center. Lot of parking spaces.

Location was OK. Access to Beaune was good.

Room size was too small. Did not like automated check-in. No shelves in bathroom or shower.

The 24/24h access goes through a computer system that is not working properly. Avoid arriving at night. Low-quality sound isolation both inside and outside the hotel.

Clearly, the breakfast area is too small. The was a half hour waiting before one reaches the food. The food quality is also very questionable.

Due to a problem with our reservation (see above), we got two tripple bed rooms for the price of double rooms. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with a choice of sweet and salty. The receptionist was helpful. The hotel has a large fenced parking.

As we are a family of four, we made a reservation of two double bedrooms. It was written they had a shared bathroom, so we thought these were connected rooms. The reservation through booking.com had been confirmed. However, upon our arrival at 1am, the automatic reception machine could find our reservation, nor could a real woman who came after a few minutes, apparently still sleeping and not very happy to be had been waken up. Finally, she gave us two other rooms for the same price,, but these were far from each other, so not so great for a family with 2 small children.

Location close to the highway, good when you’re driving long distances.

I’ve stayed in this hotel before, its very basic, bit noisy, but good to get some sleep when traveling. This time was an absolute low. We arrived before 23hr, ready to get our young children in bed. However, the arrival hall was full with around 25 desperate people including really young children. The check in machine did not work so nobody could get to there rooms. Imagine freezing cold, dark, reception is packed. There is no staff at reception after 21hrs, only an ‘emergy phone number’. It took an hour before this number answered the phone and has send someone over. Ironically the automated answering machine continues for over an hour ‘we’re here to help, please dont hesitate to call is if you need any help’ and then cutting the call without getting anyone on the phone. The French are not know the French are not knows for their customer service, but this was absolutely ridiculous and awful experience. My expectations were low for this one night in a cheap hotel (200euro for family of 4), but they managed to highly disappoint. Never gain for us.

Convenient location off the highway with parking. Simple modern setup and clean.

Entry code system did not work at first but after calling the helpline they resolved it. A little far to walk into town itself but a simple drive. Also the entry gate at night seemed faulty - kept banging which could be heard from our room.
