Hotel La Villa Fleurie

Excellent breakfast .Wonderful owner . Lovely room and bathroom.

Jonathan was welcoming and helpful. The room was beautifully appointed, quiet, clean and the shower heavenly. The breakfast room was lovely and the food even better.

quiet place in an old (1900) , well preserved house, friendly and helpful manager, excellent -classic- breakfast. Parking in the well secured backyard

A somewhat larger bathroom would be appreciated, but that is not possible in this old, nice villa.

The room was very clean and comfortable although small. Breakfast was delicious.

The bathroom got really steamy after a shower so we had to shower with the door open

Ambiance, charm, location, 10 min walk to center. Private parking at the property.

Beautiful place, very spacious, comfortable and clean room. Very close to the old center of Beaune. Good and nicely served breakfast.

It was a 10 minute walk to the center of the walled city. It had air conditioning and a great breakfast (not free). Jonathan was very helpful and took good care of us.

Cleanliness, location

No elevator, not enough air conditioning

What made this charming hotel special was the welcoming, accommodating host. He made sure everything worked for us, including opening the shed to store our bikes. The hotel really is lovely, sort of English-tea style, with lovely gardens all around. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a clean, private bathroom. The generous breakfast, served downstairs in the breakfast room, even included soft-boiled eggs! Location is great--easy access to downtown. We loved it here.

The host was very helpful. Location was good but not central.

The rooms on the top floor have no windows only skylights.

A lovely clean hotel with beautiful furnishings and a gorgeous garden to relax in.

I booked the family room for three nights at La Villa Fleurie. It was a larger room than I needed with a loft and two beds upstairs but it was the last room available and I really wanted to stay at this hotel because of its location outside the city walls and its proximity to the train station. I also took advantage of nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was on the top floor, with a nice window that allowed the fresh scent of roses from the garden below to fill the room. The bathroom and shower were nice and there was a separate toilet on the same floor as the large bed. There was ample closet space. Even with the windows open, I could not hear any noise from outside and when the temperature rose, the room was still comfortable even without using the air condition. The experience was really like living in a villa in Burgundy. Monsieur served a delicious breakfast and you can even eat in the garden when the weather is nice. I loved every minute at Hotel La Villa Fleurie.

We were so pleased by our stay at La Villa Fleurie. The hotel manager was so kind; he spoke fluent English and was very helpful to us during our check in. We chose to partake in the optional breakfast and we enjoyed it very much; at a very reasonable price the breakfast included a soft boiled egg (hard boiled on request), cereal with milk or yogurt, bread, croissants, jam, butter, fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee. The center of the lovely village of Beaune is only an easy ten minute walk from the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing!

This property is exceptional. We loved the decor, the cleanliness, the staff, and the room. The room was spacious and the shower was to die for! I didn’t want to get out of the shower!!!! I loved that we had a desk to sit at so I could put on makeup while my friend was showering. There was great lighting. We opted for the breakfast, and enjoyed fresh squeezed orange juice!

Nicely located off the highway. Clean rooms (little outdated). Very good communication. Parking facilities and very nice breakfast!

Room and beds little outdated.

was very clean and staff attentive.

Would have liked water, tea, coffee in the rooms

The property was charming with good facilities and within easy reach of Beaune centre

We had a cosy double room. My only criticism is that the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable

The bedroom was beautiful. Location was great for walking into the old town. Breakfast was delicious. Our host was so accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was just perfect for us! Wonderful host, delicious breakfast and just a short walk from the city center.

The property was very clean and easily accessed from both the city and the train station. The rooms were spacious.
