Pros +
- Property was centrally location next to everything you need. Great restaurants near, and upon great recommendations from staff. Will stay here next time I go back.
- Location was superb with easy walking distance to the hospice.
- We loved our stay.
Cons -
- Quirky small room.
- We asked for an additional pillow for my bad back and they said, "no". That each room had 4 pillows, so no more. Could have been an easy fix and a great customer service, but nope. We would stay again but no that I have to bring my own additional pillow.
- Apples were old and softCooked selection was under or over cooked and unappealing

Very good location, very friendly staff and good breakfast! It was the birthday of one of us and they offered flowers in the bedroom at arrival, very kind staff!
Everything went well, fast check-in, very friendly hotel manager, very good breakfast, excellent location
No storage room in bathroom, towel bar was absent
Location Hygiene Breakfast Good Value
Shower cubicle small
Very helpful man on reception who explained about car parking etc. The hotel is situated just round the corner from the 'hospice' which is well worth seeing. The Saturday morning market was great - wish we could have spent longer looking round it. Great breakfast too.
Staff were excellent and accommodating. The location is great in the center of town. The room was comfortable. I wish we had a small fridge but the staff held our cheese purchases in their fridge for us.
Had an interior room that looked on to a not maintained patio area. Wished for a better view.
Beautiful hotel in the centre of Beaune. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Very good breakfast.
We really like this hotel, and stay here whenever we are passing through this area. It is really well located, overnight parking can usually be found right outside the hotel, the staff are friendly and very helpful and the rooms and their bathrooms are great.
location and friendly staffs
no cleaning service. stayed 4nights and one time cleaning only. i dont feel like im in a hotel. feels like apartment. breakfast is just ok . is it normaly to leave all tables uncleaned ? the bfast room is empty but stell all plates and cups are still on the table and nobody is cleaning it ?
Staff were friendly.
Room was cold. Air-conditioning didn't really work, kept flipping back to 23 degrees and turning off after a few minutes, radiator was not nearly enough to warm room, had to sleep in my long puffer jacket and I don't normally feel the cold. Bath and shower were absolutely filthy which was fine in the end because the hotest the water got was barely body temperature so was unable to shower anyway.
Central location, charming old building.
Hot water ran out about 8am. Most of us in the group had a cold shower for 2 days out of 3.
I liked the bathtub, nice and deep, plenty of hot water. The breakfast was lovely adequate. The location was nice and central.
I didn’t like that the front desk staff asked me to put on a mask, yet no one else was asked to. The room was way too bright, no black out curtains, no electric kettle or coffee maker in room, no doorknob hanger stating the need or not for room to be made up, as a result I was interrupted in my room by housekeeping trying to barge into my room daily, and often twice in a day. I was hoping for a relaxing stay, but it wasn’t so. Frankly, of the 5 French cities I stayed in on this trip, Beaune has been my least favorite; 4 out of 6 restaurants I attempted to dine in turned me away because I was solo, and didn’t speak fluent French. I won’t mention their names, but I will say I thoroughly enjoyed my meals at 21 Boulevard, and Le Bistro-Hotel de la Poste. It’s not easy being a solo female in a foreign country, made worse when you’re looked down on, for whatever reason.
breakfast and location
shower drain was slow making it difficult to have strong shower
Centrally located, friendly staff. Decent breakfast.
Ground floor "comfort rooms" are very small, no space to put luggage. Clean on first sight but "forgotten" corners in the bathroom and sink.
Breakfast disappointing. Room comfortable. Never understand European showers: how does one not make a mess?
Excellent breakfast. The position was unbeatable Very friendly staff. Happily stored our bikes in the locked bar overnight
Small room that was very hot overnight. The shower surrounds were quite stained
Excellent location and a very good breakfast!
Basic decor but comfortable
