voco Beaune Cite des Vins By IHG

Great staff, great value, amazing pool

Nice modern hotel on outskirts of Beaune. Check in lady gave us great advice

We couldn't take a shower because the water control valves could not be turned. The front desk apologized and said that all the shower valves in the hotel are being replaced.

Absolutely perfect stay in every respect…from the wonderful staff, from the love they showed our dog to the cuisine and wine choices…the lovely room with its huge comfortable bed.. excellent breakfast …This is what you expect but often don’t find in a better hotel. we will certainly return! Merci.

No complaints!

Comfort, staff, food

Terrible music playing everywhere

Close access to roads to wineries around Beaune. Room was spacious. Toilet separate from shower. Under counter refrigerator used to chill water. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Outdoor seating for restaurant very pleasant next to a stream under a canopy of trees; lovely setting.

Shower did not have a door. Floor got very wet. No towel bars to drape towels for drying; only hooks which don’t allow towel to dry evenly. TV channels in English very limited.

food, drinks and accomodation are very good.

Short layover, weather was great, the room has plenty of daylight, its clean, spacious room

No slippers in the room. Thank god its wooden floor instead carpet.

My 5th overnight stay at Voco, always excellent, especially the staff. The room is very comfortable, the location great (quiet, accessible), and restaurant is very good.

Nothing, all good

Great staff! Food and drinks at restaurant and bar are high quality. Very comfortable rooms.

Very comfortable. Food was excellent. Staff friendly.

Beautiful rooms excellent staff.

First you can’t not have food service on Monday and Tuesday when there isn’t anywhere close by to eat. City center fine but the property is located 1.5 km from anything worth visiting.

the hotel wa sclean and tidy food was good

was a touchoutside of town difficult to park on a saturday

Spacious room, nespresso machine in the room, amazing restaurant and staff

Everything is perfect

Very clean with spacious rooms. Breakfast was outstanding with a variety of selections. Staff spoke fluent English and were very helpful.

The guy on reception was great . Nice decor and facilities .Good restaurant.

We loved the location + the spacious / silent / very clean room + the cocktails.

Nothing we can remember ;-)

Clean, modern

Very hot bath water

Quiet, great location with easy access from autoroute.

Restaurant lacked atmosphere, food was more style over substance

Great spot and super comfortable. Park here and walk into town for dinner then digest as you walk back after too much Burgundian food and wine! (The hotel restaurant was not open during my stay).

Nice new hotel

Overpriced in terms of rooms, restaurant and breakfast for the location.
