Good location, excellent restaurant and helpful staff

Location is superb. Next to the main square - 2-3 blocks from Hospice the Beaune.Staff very very friendly. Special thanks to madame Lacroix.

Good location right in the heart of Beaune (however in-season expect our room would be quite noisy), nice bathroom and bath supplies. Loved the American Bar on the property. Used the chauffeur service to Paris - convenient but quite expensive.

We stayed in the Carnot Suite (only room available), which we knew from reviews here was not part of the hotel, but still expected to receive the same service. This was more like a glorified Airbnb - someone showed us to our room, but after that we had little interaction with the staff. We had dinner in the bistro the first evening, my husband had a stomach bug the next day, I had it the following. I went down to the front desk to let them know and try to arrange housekeeping, which never happened our whole stay and no one checked on us or followed up. I was very ill on our departure day but the staff was only focused on turning the room for the next guest. Really disappointing, especially given the price.

This was our second visit to L'Hotel after many years and we still love the charm. We miss some of the long term employees who made the trip personalised who have now moved on. The location is perfect in beautiful Beaune. The room cleaning was just as wonderful and attentive. The timing for freshening up was impressive when we left for breakfast.

The heat in the bathroom needed to be toned down. I remember a wonderful French Tomato Omellete to this day the best I have tasted however the Omelette on this trip was not a patch!

CentralLocation but private and tranquil. Comfortable room, lovely bathroom. Outstanding breakfast. Kind and thoughtful staff. Altogether a wonderful one night oasis in the middle of a long two day journey.

Breakfast arrived late and was incomplete.Noise from the bar in the Carmel Suite. Lack of attention to detail overall.

The staff is amazing, facilities excellent, restaurants and bar top notch. Location is perfect and car park very well organized. A great place to stay. Mary at the front desk, manager, fabulous.

Stunning hotel in a fantastic location in the centre of Beaune. The staff couldn't be more helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing but we didn't have breakfast as we were too full from the night before!

Expensive charge for courtyard parking.

The staff were exceptional and helpful from reservations, to assisting with activities in and around Beaune. The location is PERFECT!

Amazing hotel in a great location in the old town. Incredible restaurant as well. One of the best dinners we had in France. Staff is super friendly. Good workout room. Loved it!

staff ignorant, we reserved an EV charger but did not get a charging spot. very difficult situation, we couldn’t continue our trip as we planned. room was in a building with the entrance from other street. to get to the reception we had to walk around the block. very strange and impractical. no elevator too
