Complex Friends

Taste of The food and the personal.

The room is not ok, thin walls The neighbors feels like is in the mase room with you. If somebody talks you can here everything.

All was fine - we visited them during the Easter public holidays period and all was fine and well organised.

Small note - please attach/fix the wardrobe in room 306 to the wall / could fall on somebody if its 2 doors are open. Thank you!

Warm, clean rooms. Nice little own restaurant, with delicious meals and decent prices.

I enjoyed in facilities, room was clean and great food and restaurant. In the reception was very friendly and helpful.

All was fantastic ?

Very nice place with a great location, free parking. Warm and clean rooms. Including a nice breakfast for the night. Price quality 10.

The property is neat, situated at a quiet area. The reception was average. A lot of work needs to be done to breakfast. The worst so far of all hotels visited

Very poor breakfast

Close to the city center

Need’s some improvements in the rooms. Decent breakfast

A basic and clean room. The boys enjoyed the bunked beds. The accomodation has a fair price. The guy from The reception spoke english and asked us the time of arrival, as the reception is open only until 9 pm.

The breakfast. They should not serve breakfast. It is extremely poor and the salami/sausages didn't look fresh. The lady and the man that served the breakfast dont speak english and looked more bothered than pleased to have clients.

Very convenient for the hospital where my partner was a patient. It had all the facilities I needed - parking, restaurant, etc. Although there was a road right next to my room, the traffic died right down overnight so wasn't a problem.

Wet room shower where water goes everywhere.

Breakfast was the usual selection for continental with plenty of options.

There's no lift.

The restaurant and location close to the hospital.

Dirty disaster! Air conditioning and fridge were not working. The room was super dirty - the floor was not touched since last visit. No toilet paper.... The walls covered in thick layer of dust. Smells from the fridge and air conditioner........ Check my photos and decide for yourself if you can live trough that.....

Very close to the hospital. The staff were friendly and look after my elderly parents very well.

Pillow little hard - but that’s a personal preference

The location was good.

The rooms have old furniture. The breakfast is very poor.

Nothing there to like

It was very basic bed and breakfast place . Reception staff look very grumpy unfriendly. Rooms are horrible just 3 single bed but I booked for one person. There is not enough space after the 3 bed .

The room was okay. The breakfast was fine.

The bed could use some improvement. It was super noisy when you rolled over at night.

Clean comfortable rooms and a good restaurant next door. Friendly cat says hello at most meals.

The city water (not the hotels fault) is currently turned off from 11:30-5am

Clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant next door for breakfast and meals during the day.

Their car park is a bit small but it’s right next door to a large and free public car park.

Good location

Room arrangement could be better. Most staff does not speak English

The motel name is just a misnomer. The hotel exceeds all expectations. Exceptionally clean rooms and toilets, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, pretty good food in the restaurant, quick wi-fi. Overall, one of the best places I have stayed at in a while. The value for money ratio was fantastic.

The motel is located near the football stadium , which for visitors to the city center travelling on foot means climbing two or three flights of stairsn from the city center. Not an issue for those with a car or taxi. Breakfast was a little poor in diversity and I would recommend adding a typical Bulgarian flavor - something like yoghurt or banitsa would be an inexpensive but pretty enjoyable addition to the otherwise very tasty food.

Nice hotel with good restaurant and good breakfast. Easy to find and suficient parking space in front of the hotel

Bathroom had no windows and it smelled a bit
