Pros +
- Big enough room and bathroom. Perfect location, quiet place, comfortable beds- really great for good rest.
- Very good quality for the price and good enough for 1-2 night stays
- Given the location and options available in general, it is quite good value for money! Pleven is a walking distance city and area around Medical University is absolutely safe even at night! Clubbing at the city center is just a few beers away and there is plenty to do no matter what is the purpose of visit! Kayluka Park and the Panorama are close! Train station and bus station are within 40 minutes walk. As for the accommodation it is family oriented! Beds are comfortable. The only minus is that it is a bit difficult for first time visitors to find the key left in PO box. There should be better visual explanation how to reach the key! I will visit again soon!
Cons -
- The terrace is shared and when smokers smoke often, the smell reaches all rooms which is unpleasant.
- The room was a bit smelly... not sure what it was some cleaner, some aromatizer or something else. A bit noisy when other guest enter/leave the apartment (its separate rooms in residential apartment with separate bathrooms for the room).
- Suitable for couples or a small family! Boiler in the bathroom, makes taking a shower slightly uncomfortable. The common space between the rooms is at least for me not that ideal!

- private parking present but gate was closed- a lot of mould in the bathroom and also a bit in the room- it looked decrepit
No breakfast. Near hospital. No staff communication
The staff were excellent
There was no hot jug. No toileteries. No drinking water.
good location near the medical university and good value fir the miney
the cable tv has not many channels
Very safe location, video surveillance all around the property, double locks. Elevator in great condition. Very clean, no insects and ac is working. The view is towards the city street, and it gives the impression of how people there live.
the rooms, AC and the location
the toilets
There was no water or electricity overnight
Good
There was a problem with the toilet, but the rest was ok.
Its not a hotel, its apartment with 3 rooms. Don't go with high or any expectations.
