Hotel Rostov

Worth the price.

The bartenders at the bar in the lobby were kind but there were too many people who weren’t guests in the hotel who were loud and made the experience uncomfortable with their comments. Also the maintenance guy was unprofessional to yell at the front desk girl in front of us because he had to give up the electric charging spot to us, while he was staff and his car wasn’t even electric….

I have stayed here many times. It is always comfortable and a terrific location for shops, bars and museums.

Good hotel in the heart of Pleven, breakfast is excellent, rooms are clean.

The location is very convenient, and the breakfast is good.

The facility is very old which I don't mind, but it's not very clean. When I checked in, I found one of the glasses had been used, there were hair on the bathroom floor, and stain on the chair...The air-conditioning was very weak; it took two days to lower the room temperature from 30 down to 27.5. Difficult to sleep.The front desk staff was a bit cold; it would be nice to add a bit warm smile when talking to the guests.

The is located in the heart of the city. It’s close to public transport connections, bars, restaurants, tourist attractions. The staff is always hospitable and polite.

Is’s a bit outdated. There is only one socket in the room, which is not close to the bed. We found the hotel rate had been increased by 20% in comparison to our stay in 2024.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I have stayed there many times and most of the reception staff are very welcoming. Great views from the windows and there's a supermarket just a five minute walk away.

Some of the reception staff could be friendlier; however, most of them are great. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee in the morning.

Location of the hotel is the only good thing.

It was dirty, old, smelly and the breakfast was poor. The coffee was disgusting - some dark brown water. Absolutely disappointing, not even close to a 3 star hotel but 4 star as it is rated - absolutely not. It has to be renovated soon, in my opinion.

Location is excellent. If you get a higher floor, the view is pretty good. Value for money is high.

The parking was full and had to park my car in the paid one nearby which costed me the same price as the room. The room was noisy

As always, the reception staff at the Rostov were friendly, helpful and very polite. The room was comfortable and very clean.

very unfriendly staff, meagre breakfast for vegetarians. towels very old and frayed. roof pouring out mucky liquid on day 2, needed to change rooms.

The rooms were small, shabby, and looked more like a hostel than a hotel room. Very bare and very old. The hotel urgently needs updating. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on booking.com. the hotel is old and out of date.

The condition of the room does not correspond to the excessively high price of accommodation.

there is no air condition available, the bedsheets were old and the whole atmosphere is mostly like being in hotel 1 star.

The hotel is in the very center of the city. The view is very nice from the last floors. The room was good enough for the price. The breakfast was decent.

The double bed is narrow, maybe 140cm or less. The bathroom does not have shower cabin, so you shower on the floor, spilling water all over the place.
