Ibis Auxerre Centre

The location was very convenient and near everything. The hotel provided a large, clean room with a comfortable bed and good shower. The staff are very quick and responsive. They were friendly and willing to help.

Poor

Bed was very badly made. Internet was not strong enough to stream on my laptop and the TV channels were limited

Location.

My friends were put in a bedroom for disabled people, which upset them for various reasons. There was no mention of this when I booked.

Clean, good location, good value for money.

Location and breakfast was good

Air con didn’t work properly in one room. Noisy. I think we were in an un-refurbished room.

We were provided with a cot for our one-year old free of charge and without having to ask for it! Plus, the breakfast was super!

Great location. Bed very comfortable. Good breakfast

Room a bit cramped due to size of bed. Bathroom very small

Fair ruined by plastic undersheets on the beds.

Plastic under sheets on the beds resulted in hot sweaty disturbed nights and not for the first time in Ibis hotels.

Not a lot. We use Ibis wherever we can. Worst called for money in over 20 years.

Tiny Room, even tinnier bathroom. I am not joking but the bathroom is bigger on my Narrowboat. The problem is, and the reason for my low score is based on the fact that the Ibis budget is only 100m away. Bigger rooms, bigger bathroom, fantastic views I can't see why the poorer of the two is £40 more. Definitely Ibis budget next time in Auxerre.

Enough for a nightStaff nice even the person asked me to pay a seconde time thinking that it was only a pre autorisation..., but it's been solved during the checkout.

To tricky for a normal Ibis i found...Parking : do not propose it if it's full quickly, that was my main criteria this night to avoid to take out all stuffs from the car, and outside you never now what could happen...

Breakfast

The size of the rooms - too small and the bathroom was too small. The shower leaked all over the floor, with the door shut. Difficult to control the air conditioner. Did not display the preferred temperature eg only gave the current temperature. We had to guess how much to turn it up or down.

Good location, easily accessible and free parking locally

Breakfast area a little small

Comfortable room and bed. Nice breakfast. Easy walk to the centre. Safe bike storage but pre-book as there is only one small room

As all ibis hotels only 2 towels and no heated towel rail.

Breakfast adequate but not complete for later guests

Pokey room couldn’t swing a cat in it. Towels poor quality and only two of them. M

Convenient location, easy to find and park.

Very small room, not entirely sure we got the type of room and view that we booked.

Excellent position. Staff v friendly, especially Maryanne, Cathie and Mohammed.

Some of the rooms were small and noisy though clean and comfortable.

Accessible for my daughter who was in a wheelchair. Great breakfast good location in walking distance of station.

Arrived on a dismal wet afternoon. Young man o reception was very professional yet v friendly. Couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely give him a 5 star.Location was great. Breakfast just what we needed

No kettle in room

Price, service, staff attention

This was perfect for our overnight stay on our way to Paris.Auxerre is a stunning town. The hotel is a little walk from the centre. We had a triple room with the dog! Great for an overnight stay. Parking is available but only about 4 spots so must book in advance. There is what looks like free parking down the road!

Bit older but still clean.
