Easy to check in parking was close and it was incredibly clean after a long day of traveling

It’s just a lot of noise because it’s in the main part of town, but it was OK for me.

Location couldn't be any better. Right next to the old port and with fantastic access to sites restaurants and a view of the old port. Breakfast was great and even as a vegetarian I found it great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I really didn't find much to complain about. The room was a bit dark because a light was out but I think that is nitpicking. We were traveling in January so there was a lot of rain so having a great room is what you need when weather is tough.

Great location and direct view on the port. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

No shower cubicle and instead having to climb in a high bath. No Chromecast on tv (not good enough in 2025). Fruit salad at breakfast could be a bit more varied in terms of fruit types. .

Wonderful boutique hotel in a perfect location. Only complaint was our shower was so small my husband couldn’t stand up in it! But the hand held worked fine and the room wasOtherwise clean and comfortable.

The location of the property is unbeatable. The hotel is in the main hub of the old port - with endless options for food and shopping. It’s conveniently located steps away from the parking lot - but the lot is completely hidden behind the view of the historical towers.

The lobby of the hotel is modern and beautiful but the room itself was quite small - which is to be expected for a hotel in the historic old port. With that said, certain areas in the room could’ve been refreshed (dusty countertops, chipped doors) but overall we really enjoyed our sea view room

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxed peaceful stay here for one week, slept soundly, undisturbed as I am a light sleeper The staff are very friendly and helpful and speak good English. The location is excellent next to great restaurants.

Room was small, and poorly laid out. Effectively nowehre to sit, or use a computer. Bathroom door awkward, shower door awkward, space between toilet and shower glass wall too small.

there is one free parking lot but it is a 20' walk away, not that bad really

The location is wonderful. Our room had a beautiful, close-up view of the two "Chain" towers at the entrance to the harbor. Seeing the towers lit up every night in the colors of the French flag was always a charming sight. We also appreciated the wonderful restaurants and brasseries that stand shoulder to shoulder throughout the area!

The location is perfect , and the entrance is beautiful.

Every time someone closed a door in the other rooms , the windows shook in the room we were in. I did not care for the 1 ply brown toilet paper. :(

Parking was complex because it was Easter weekend. The port was very full and lots of activity which made noise levels high

Had a harbour view room, but was very noisy until late from restaurants and people, so unable to have window open and as the air conditioning did not seem to be working (early April) made in difficult to get to sleep until after midnight…… then woken at 6am by very loud noise from street cleaning machines. Next time we will not pay the extra for a harbour view room, our view was not a clear view of the harbour, just a little corner glimpse of it!In addition the room was very small, not really suitable for anything more than sleeping in!

Excellent location to visit the old port! Five star accommodations and breakfast! We would highly recommend this hotel! It was clean, comfortable and very friendly staff! It’s the place to be!

Fab property, fantastic breakfast. Room was lovely, maybe starting to need a bit of tlc but was spacious, VERY comfy bed and lovely big windows.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was plenty and good range of items. Room quiet and comfortable but a touch smaller than expected having been advertised as Family Room. View not good but balcony was a plus.
