Best Western Premier Le Masq Hotel

Great service, nice breakfast and overall good experience.

I expected something better for a 4 star hotel, the room was really small and underwhelming.

At this price point this is an exceptional hotel. Comfortable rooms and a cool lobby and an OUTSTANDING breakfast

The fact that the private parking lacked availability, but I was there at the weekend

One of the most enjoyable stays during our French cycling tour. Excellent facilities, a superb staff, and a wonderful breakfast each morning. The location was perfect for exploring La Rochelle. The bike storage space was excellent.

Not a fan of the scrambled eggs at breakfast. Tasted like they were from a powdered mix. There are also a number of door frames with significant trip hazards.

Warm welcome, excellent location, great, spacious rooms, friendly and attitude of 'going the extra mile' shown by all staff. Fabulous breakfast too.

Friendly, thoughtful staff. Very central for the Marina and all attractions. We have been here 3 times and each time the hotel staff have exceed our expectations, which is why we return. Huge thanks to reception staff in particular this time. We were greeted on arrival by a really friendly receptionist/manager who helped us to park our motorcycles and take our luggage to our rooms. It was our wedding anniversary and we were touched to be given cocktail vouchers to mark the occasion. We highly recommend this place. Great, well proportioned, immaculately clean and quiet rooms and a warm welcome. Perfect!

Had trouble figuring out the air conditioning. Maybe give instructions on how this AC works, particularly when it comes to keeping the temperature steady.

The hotel was nice, modern and clean. Also very close to the train station.

Although it’s not far from the old port, I would prefer staying somewhere closer there. The location didn’t have the charm of the old port. It felt like you were in the suburbs.

Great hotel. Well equipped rooms with kettle, tea selection and coffee machine, also offering sometime necessary little things like shoe polish. Located near the train station but in a very quiet neighbourhood

Breakfast may seem expensive as it offers quite standard selection of food except for oysters and sparkling wine

Very friendly and efficient staff. Spoke fluent English. Check in was handled very swiftly. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Pity I only stayed one night.

The hotel and bedroom was nice inside. More spacious than I anticipated. It was clean. The bed was comfy , the breakfast good. Decent value.

The air conditioning is set by the hotel so we could not have it on in our room because of the time of year so we were very warm Were given a fan to ease the situation

My wife was very ill just 30 mins after arrival and we had to return home. Being charged for one nights stay although technically correct and according to the house rules I felt the decision lacked sympathy and appreciation of our situation. We have stayed in many Best Western hotels and found the experience disappointing.

Lovely hotel . Staff were very nice and attentive. The location is perfect right beside the harbour. Its very quiet at night and the rooms are standard enough but clean and tidy . Very happy with my stay here.

Where to start !!One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in for a while ! Great helpful staff. Lift from car park straight up to the floor of your room, and good EV chargers...they even reserved a charging spot for us.Excellent breakfast with good vegetarian options .Short walk to the harbour. Clean comfy rooms with a lovely deep bath and a clean dog bed and bowls waiting in the room for Monty our dog ? The staff also kindly retrieved our vanity case that we left behind and posted it on for us !!

Nothing to dislike !!!

Staff is very kind and helpful. Nice facilities. It was just a pity they don’t serve dinner but we got some really nice suggestions for restaurants in town. Parking is very good. Even though it doesn’t seem to be very central one can walk to the port for 5 min. and it’s a pleasant walk. Breakfast is good but still can be slightly improved.

excellent reception on arrival. All paperwork already done and great information on the town. Good parking with easy access. Great breakfast buffet, definitely worth the money.

The shower over the bath. Extremely deep bath that was difficult to climb into and once in scared of slipping.
