Great location, nice size room, well-equipped, clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. Coffee, even though a machine, was drinkable. Very clis, easy walk to restaurants, port, and shopping of all kinds. Beautiful park nearby.

Nothing. Our son’s room was a little small, and they quickly gave him a different room for a minir price adjustment.

The staff are so pleasant and efficient. Our room was lovely. It was large - the bed so comfortable! The room was spotless. The hotel is beautiful. We had no problem parking the car in the parking lot. We were so close to old town La Rochelle. We could not ask for a better place to stay.

This is a beautiful hotel, which is located about a block from a nice shopping area during the daytime, and about a 12 to 15 minute walk to the port area. From the outside, the hotel looks plain, but when you open the door, you find yourself in a beautiful lobby. Our room was spacious and very nicely decorated. The breakfast was well done and served in the garden or the salon. I would stay here again.

Lovely staff, warm and welcoming for us and our dog. Comfortable bed, air conditioning with a view to the front of the hotel. The garden was a little oasis and despite the rain, our stay was ideal. Easy walk into restaurants and bars. Parking can be tricky on the street so we opted for Verdun carpark. Take ticket and pay on exit. It’s all covered by camera. Would return to the hotel very happily. Thank you

Lighting in the bathroom a little low, but it’s not a deal breaker. A coffee machine would have been a welcome addition.

We stayed as a rest day in the middle of our vacation and it was excellent. We joyed the spa services and relaxed, reading in the garden.

The room was large and the perfect temperature. Bed was very comfortable.

The shower was a little weak.

As always a very warm welcome and beautiful decorated spacious rooms.

A great find for a night during our road trip that exceeded our expectations. Staff was super friendly, we got a free upgrade and they helped with our luggage, the accommodation and rooms are beautiful (classical high ceilings), we ended up getting the breakfast because the spread looked so delicious (plenty of healthy and less healthy options). I still dream of it! It was easy enough to park not too far away and walk into town (about 10-15 minutes to the harbour). We were sad we didn't have more time to enjoy La Rochelle!

The garden in the back was lovely and a quiet spot, away from the street. It was particularly nice for a post-breakfast read, or a late night drink from the bar. Also, it never felt crowded, which was also nice. The breakfast was good, and the indoor dining room was small, but very pretty. The rooms themselves were clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, which was great for sleeping and relaxing, as well.

The front of the hotel (its facade) was a little off-putting, as you could barely see the entrance, and the street was a little dirty (even for a city!). Also, our room had a tiny balcony with chairs and a table over the street, but it was so filthy out there (more than you'd expect) no one went out there. The bathroom was very clean, but the door to the bathroom was so warped, it was almost impossible to close it. Lastly, there was no body lotion in the bathroom, which was highly unusual for a hotel of this quality (and it was needed, as it was very dry while we were there).

This hotel is in a good central location and only a short walk to the Vieux Port. We stayed in a Deluxe Double room which was spacious with a separate bathroom and a very comfortable bed. There was a good breakfast selection and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Hotel in great location, easy parking, dog friendly, and very good service levels, Location is very good with 10 minute walk down to the harbour area with some great restaurants, City worth visiting.

Loved our stay here, the bedroom was huge with a v comfy bed. We had our dog with us and they had left treats and a food and water bowl for us. Top service and lovely friendly staff on reception. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked great!

Great location and lovely staff. Felt as though they were slightly short staffed but they were clearly trying their hardest!

Water pressure and bath/shower wasn’t great.
