Forgotten personal items thrown away or taken by staff too avoid additional work!

Forgot my toilette bag in the room. Went directly to the airport. Recognised at security check. Called the hotel immediately and several times in the coming days. Staff too lazy or otherwise not motivated to help. Toilette bag probably just thrown away or taken by personnel to avoid any additional work…

Central location.

The signing to find the hotel and the parking were very poorly. We didn’t get all the needed information right away.Some equipment in the bathroom, like toilet seat need replacement; it’s a four star hotel.

Ac in the rooms. The breakfast. Proximity to the park.

Refrigerator in room did not work.

This comfortable, modern hotel is well located within walking distance of La Rochelle's lovely Old Town. The facilities were nice, spot on, clear, and comfortable. The staff was quite nice, a real departure from the cold welcome one often receives in France. We didn't have breakfast (we preferred a croissant and café crème overlooking the harbor), and we didn't try the "spa," so we cannot judge these facilities.

Parking was a little bit difficult to find and navigate and should be free in my opinion, though the cost was not excessive. The price was decent, but not a real "value."

Our room was a suite, with a room for the children, very large and spacious

It seems the windows are not double-sided so there was some noise from outside on a Thursday night

Staff were helpful, hotel was located next to a park and the old port.

Great location for exploring lovely La Rochelle.The staff were very friendly and helpful.Our room was comfortable and La Rochelle so nice we stayed an extra night!

Tricky to find the car park (even with sat-nav!) It's close by but off-site!

Nothing it was sparse modern more like a cheap ibis business stopover hotel

It advertises very misleading they have a bar THERE IS NO BAR it is a boring reception desk that’s it. They can sell you a draught beer, but that does not make it a bar!Also parking, which is chargeable, is a ten minute walk to a some unsecured waste ground surrounded in graffiti. Certainly not a great place to leave your car!

Good location next to the lovely park. Varied and delicious breakfast. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Relaxing spa. Bérengère at the reception is very nice and helpful.

Staff friendly. Hotel wasn’t on the harbour front but walkable. Was given initial room to find someone was already there. No issues though staff gave us different room. Parking was behind hotel.

Very friendly close to the waterfront with water and coffee facilities. We would use again

Good location for a quiet night, whilst still a short walk to the old town and the waterfront. Easy parking.

Room a bit cramped with a noisy ac unit we had to switch off.Breakfast OK but a bit underwhelming.

Rooms were large and facilities within were very good.

The private car parking was too far away, especially for disabled people. The walk back to the hotel was not all paved and very muddy if raining. On street parking very limited

The location was very good and the staff were helpful.

The spa hot tub was lukewarm and the steam wasn’t hot enough. I went to the tea room and couldn’t get back to the spa. Fortunately, my husband saw me and let me in.

Very good and fresh breakfast. Rooms were updated and clean. Small walk to center with restaurants.

Car parking was outside and a walk from the hotel. In front not much space for unloading. Reception understaffed simetimes.

Hotel is nicely located, the rooms large enough.

The parking not secured and quite a walk away from the hotel. View from the room was right in another, quite poor, flat building. Small lobby. Absolutely not 4 stars, 3 is more reasonable. You have to pay significant money for the "spa", I think it was 60 euro pet person, but i could be mistaken. We did not use it, it was not really inviting.

Great location. Lovely room. Fabulous breakfast. What’s not to like? Wouldn’t hesitate to go again.

Fantastic Stay in a Great Location!**I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access local attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. I was also impressed by the convenience of the on-site parking, which made it stress-free to bring my car. Overall, the hotel provided great value, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit!
