Staff was very friendly and the location was amazing.

There is a strange smell in the lobby by the elevator.

Staff was incredibly friendly, the location is good.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and there was no space to leave personal belongings. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom, leaving the floor constantly wet, and the ventilation was poor.Breakfast was fair, but the amenities and food provided were insufficient for the number of guests at the hotel.

Nice hotel in an excellent location, next to the Grosse Horloge and close to all tourist attractions from the old town. Friendly staff and good breakfast included in the price of the room. Although the hotel does not have a parking, it is possible to leave your car in an underground car park nearby in Place di Verdun that offers very competitive rates.

As a minor criticism, our room for three people was smaller than what we have had at other Ibis Styles hotels. Nevertheless, we were already aware of this, having stayed at the same hotel in the past.

A little difficult to find , would be suggest nearest parking , which in my opinion is not expensive, certainly by other UK / FR seaside resorts. Free overnight too !s

Slightly a cramped bedroom, but it was all there , clean , neat , and tidy.

Breakfast was amazing! Delicious and a very good selection of food. Particularly loved the bread choices offered. The location of the hotel was great - I walked everywhere.

Very hard question as I liked everything. Staff were so friendly and helpful and all the facilities were excellent. Offering a carafe of water to guests and a warm welcome - great service.

The location is unbeatable, and although most hotels are formulaic, the IBIS styles offered some lovely touches, a filtered water machine and glass bottles are available to take to the room. A left luggage locker is also really handy.

An extra loo roll would have been handy, but no doubt one would be supplied if requested.

Hotel location is very central yet is not noisy outside at night. plenty of cafe's, bars and restaurants just around the corner and within walking distance. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good without being exceptional.

The rooms are a bit "compact", but generally I don't stay in a hotel room apart from sleeping so as long as that is all you require, it's not an issue.

Room and bathroom were very small. However they were clean and comfortable and that wouldn't put me off.

Centrally located at vieux port, convinent walk to the main sights. I stayed for a weekend with my 70-year old mother and her dog. A pet-friendly hotel.

Good breakfast, but I suggest the addition of some options for people with diabetes such as pain complet, fresh fruit and lean cheese like ricota. The bathroom was very small.

Simple but well organised and attractively priced facilities in a great location

We arrived 3 hours before check - in and hoped they would take our bags but they had a room ready and gave it to us.

The room was so small. You couldn’t move in the room and the air conditioning units are poor

Brilliant location. A quirky hotel with a good feel. Great breakfast.

The location of the Hotel was excellent- close to the main bus terminal bus which was only 5-10 mins walk. The bus stops there also provided transport (which was great value) to the Airport and to Ile de Re and many other locations. The Hotel was close to the port which had lots of lovely restaurants, bars, shops and many tourist attractions but with windows closed you didn’t hear any noise outside. There was air conditioning in the room also. The rooms were very clean and there was plenty of room. There was a great selection for breakfast and the staff were very nice and friendly. We left our luggage in the hotel storage as we arrived a few hours before check in and also after checkout as we had a late flight. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

The property is centrally located to restaurants, trips and the harbour with all the atmosphere.

The location was good and staff were pleasant.

We went with our granddaughter and had a family room. Felt the room was a bit small for a double and single bed.Also I don't drink coffee and the only tea available in the mornings were herbal teas . No English or Morning tea so we had to go out and buy tea a local cafe. Apart from that , breakfast was good
