Comfortable bed Receptionist pleasant helpful
Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in bedroom
Great location, central and walkable to everything you would want to do in La Rochelle.
Location was fantastic.
I was surprised to find that despite booking for 3 people with breakfast the price apparently only included one breakfast and I had to pay extra for two more breakfasts. If the booking is for 3 people and it includes breakfast I find it very misleading if in fact it’s only breakfast for one. This has damaged my trust in booking.com
The staff were very helpful, the location was excellent: near the port and near the centre. Lots of good restaurants nearby
Friendly, helpful staff and great communal area.
The room was tiny and furnished in a very basic and unappealing way.

The location and breakfast
The manager was rude and stated he didn’t care when we said we’d like to park our car…
Location, clean, quiet, good service
Breakfast quality ok but not great. Scrambled eggs tasted artificial, only soft cheese available
We liked the property as we have stayed there many times. The staff are always very friendly and helpfulAnd it is in a very good position in La Rochelle.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like except for the fact that there is no parking but this is not serious as there is a large parking very near by.
Location very good staff very nice breakfasts delightful
Nothing comes to mind
Location
A/C was not working. The staff did not inform us.
The location. The friendly helpful staff.
The room was small.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Centrally located
Location very good
No Car Park although we thought parking was included we ended up having to pay an extra 15 Euro's to park our car over-night - that was disappointing!
Location was perfect for the centre of La Rochelle. We were near the train station and the aquarium.Breakfast was first class.
