Unique property, well located, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, nice staff.

Nothing negative.

The hotel was beautiful in the reception area and that’s all.

Outdated rooms, the TVs need upgrades, the hot water only lasts for 30 mins as it’s an old system. Just mostly outdated room not happy really.

Great hotel , the staff was great and supporting anything we needed . Thanks for the room upgrade ti the suite which was so convenient. Great location and still quiet

Wellness (free) was ok, but not unforgettable. Small sauna, no cold water basin.

Dining was very costly. We chose to not dine in the hotel.,

What a wonderful hotel. Staff were amazing. Room was spacious & clean. Loved everything about it. Also short walk to harbour which is full of bars/restaurants

Property, rooms, and staff were exceptional

Perfect location - center of La Rochelle - in a most beautiful building, with superb service. Very positive to have a private parking option. Great suite ! A five stars hotel that lives up expectations.

Rather surprisingly, the shower (head of the shower) was not very clean.

Excellent location , staff friendly, and clean. The hotel’s lounge/ bar area had plenty of comfortable seating spaces and the hotel room was spacious for my family .

My family liked everything about the hotel .

Raphael greeted us by attending to our car. He later gave us many tips and places to see and to eat. He was so very nice.Tiffany treated us to an upgrade which was so very kind of her. We were greeted with her friendly smile and warm welcoming followed with a glass of champagne. Such a pleasant entrance to our stay!The room was absolutely gorgeous. An entire area dedicated to coffee, hot chocolate, and a fridge with drinks, etc.The main room had a table, sofa, chairs, end table - all was comfortable and spacious. The bedroom was large! A king bed (super comfortable), end tables, a huge closet with robes and slippers. The bathroom off the room was also large! Nice lighting, mirrors, sink and wonderful shower.

Tired. Needs refurb and deep clean. Bathroom smelled of drains.

Very odd layout of the room. Really poor finish. Dirty. Average breakfast.

Very nice patio and swimming pool. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location.

Location, lovely suite and a great bar and lounge to relax for early evening drinks. Also arrival is welcomed with valet secure parking and complimentary champagne. Unfortunately did not get to try their restaurant but looks very nice.

Had a few minor issues which however were dealt with very well by management.

Great find, brilliant location right in the centre of the old town. Lovely boutique hotel. Staff were excellent, the best.
