B&B HOTEL La Rochelle Centre Les Minimes

The hotel is at a good location, 20 mins walk to the center (10 mins by bus) and the bus station is at 3 mins walk. The room was clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast lacks some food variety.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very good facilities, good value for money with a secure car park for a small extra charge.

Bathroom toilet needs bleaching, clean but stained

Great friendly staff, the free drinks tokens were a nice touch. Just a short walk to La Rochelle harbour and beds were comfortable.

Rooms are cramped for 5 people to share but they were very clean.

Friendly staff, cleanliness, easy access

The location of the hotel is not far from my main destination in La Rochelle. It is well served by public transport and there is plenty of parking if you come by car.

The ventilation system didn't work properly. It was necessary to open the window every two hours to get fresh air. If I did not open the window every two hours, my CO2 ppm sensor was in red. Adjusting the ventilation control panel didn't really help.

Fine for an overnight. Good location and friendly staff but could do with a kettle in the room.

Reasonably priced, no frills hotel. Easy walking distance to main port area

Booking.com changed dates for me and confirmed with me but not hotel, staff sorted it out at reception. Good parking for the motorcycle great location comfortable bed and good breakfast hot and cold

Secure parking. 2,10 max height. Close to old harbor. Comfortable bed. Quiet at night.

Queuing at the breakfast. Damp room, lack of ventilation? Only one towel per person, none to use for handwash. Small room.

Location, price

Sink couldn't be plugged. Breakfast was a bit subpar

It was what we expected clean and minimalistic. Most importantly secure parking

The breakfast was €3.50 more than B&B hotel in Saint Jean de Luz the night before but it was exactly the same breakfast

Very good location. Room well laid out. Restaurants in vicinity with a discount with an associated restaurant.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff were helpful. When I asked, they gave me a quieter room, stored some things in a fridge, and made me a cup of tea without charging (normally need to pay for it).

The rooms on the side with the harbour view had road noise even with the windows closed. No fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Rooms are very basic, and lack charm.

It was clean. Desk agent was friendly

No in room amenities

Central, staff helpful hotel clean and comfortable

Nothing all good

The hotel is nicely located across the harbor, the old town is easy to reach via a boat shuttle.

The area also seemingly has bars numerous and discotheques which makes it a noisy area throughout the night.

Room was comfortable and very clean. Simple room but very comfortable. Staff were friendly.

No nonsense hotel with lovely helpful staff. It’s functional, not fancy but as a cost effective base with easy parking midway between the vieux port and the marina and beach it is perfect.

Great location, nice and clean.

The shower drained very slow and flooded the whole room, soaked all my stuff, staff was rude about it.

Large quadruple room with a huge double and 2 singles. Suited our family and was reasonably priced. Less than 15 min walk to the port
