Absolutely perfect location on a quiet street but only a few minutes walk from the old harbor. Lovely and helpful staff too.

Staff and owner were very friendly, but were especially most helpful when I had a medical problem on the first day of my stay. They checked each day to make sure I was OK. Also, the location - two minutes walk from the port - was super. I would really recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, right by the Cours des Dames and harbour with plenty of restaurants and bars, about 15 mins level walking from the station and easy to walk all around La Rochelle. Friendly staff. The courtyard looked good but unfortunately we had a lot of rain during our stay so can't really say more.

Room was on the small side, breakfast was rather limited and fairly pricey compared with nearby cafe formules. No gluten-free bread. Not a problem for us, but note no lift

We love La Rochelle, we were travelling further south from the UK, but had to break our journey. The reviews looked fantastic, more than I wanted to spend for the night, but it's peak season. The hotel location was fantastic. Very friendly staff, especially the gentleman in the morning.

Despite being peak season, the room smelt damp or that the Aircon was full of water. The bathroom fan didn't turn off, for €150 the room was also cramped (Room 25) and fairly dated. Old thin towels too. Breakfast was ok, coffee machine, choice of pastries, cereals, juice, ham and cheese, no cooked option. Unlike the majority of reviewers, I wouldn't stay here again, but perhaps Room 25 is their least rented room.

We were kindly offered a ground floor room to help my wife.Very good location near the port.

No availability of internet in our room was disappointing.We thought the cost of breakfast was rather high.

Water cups so thin and cheap they have difficulty standing on their own. Tea and coffee cups cheapo cardboard ones, soap in shower feels over diluted.

Very nice hotel in good location. You can storage your bicycle safely and friendly staff speaks good English. We really enjoyed our stay in beautiful La Rochelle.

The hotel is very close to the old port so a great location in terms of walking distance to bars and restaurants. The bedroom was very comfortable. Staff were friendly. The shower was powerful.

We knew before we booked that there wasn't parking. We were lucky to find a space in a car park nearby (5 minute walk ) (parking free from 6pm to 6am) but I imagine in summer it would be more difficult.

Location was close to vibrant cafe/restaurant area and close enough to walk everywhere. Car parked up duration of my stay. Staff very friendly and room was very clean. We stayed 2 nights but were asked if we wanted room to be cleaned after 1 night, which wasn't necessary but nice to be asked.Nice breakfast provided.

Room a little small and walls paper thin. Any movement or sound from adjacent rooms transmitted into room.
