Clean, beautiful and spacious room. Nice bath room. Nice view from the window.

Its the second stay for us and will not be our last , Everything was immaculate location room and proprietor Cannot recommend it highly enough

Location, Friendly reception, simple but fresh breakfast

No coffee maker

Right on the harbour in the middle of restaurants & shops, yet room was totally quiet. The staff were so friendly & helpful.Breakfast in the hotel was much cheaper than eating out

Room was lovely. Clean, tidy and quiet because of the 2 double-glazed windows. View of port was slightly obscured by the trees but it was still lovely to look and watch the world go by below. There is no lift so if stairs are a problem then this is not somewhere you could stay as the reception is 1st floor, rooms are on 1st - 4th floors. Breakfast is a bargain at 6,50€ and for the same offerings it is at least 8€ at nearby cafes and boulangeries. Great stay. Would definitely book here again!

Location was superb, literally step out the door and you are in the heart of La RochelleRoom was spacious and comfortable Bathroom was clean and had everything neededReceptionist was very helpful

The only downside was being on the third floor but we received a message prior to travel informing us there was no lift and there were no ground floor rooms so that was actually ok (just remember to take everything you need so you don’t have to nip back and up 3 flights)

Excellent location literally looking into the port in the restaurant area but the room was so quiet you could not hear anything. The receptionist was delightful and the room clean and tidy. Simple but smart place to stay.

Air con didn’t work and as we were port side it was noisy

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, and even though it's right on the front, there was no noise through the windows

The only downside was that there was no lift, but we knew that before booking

The bed was terribly uncomfortable and there was no one to receive us for check in

Impossible to get car close or park within a 10 minute walk if festival on. Shame there was no warning

Great location in La Rochelle. Very clean room, comfortable bed and the double windows made it very quiet at night despite busy restaurants nearby.

A bit small but not a problem. 3 people with 3 carryon suitcases fit fine

Lovely small hotel in great location near the old port and restaurants. Parking short distance from hotel. Very pleasant owner who was helpful. Breakfast was traditional French style but at an exceptional price with good coffee.

Location in Old Port was fantastic Staff wonderful Kindly accommodated my bike safely

What a little gem of a find right in the centre of La Rochelle. The lady who runs it was very welcoming and friendly. Even though it is above very busy restaurants it was very quiet - will definitely be booking again
