Laki Hotel & Spa

The view from the room was very beautiful and facing the lake. But the hotel was very old. The beds in the room were not comfortable. The breakfast was very poor. The hotel staff at the reception were very unfriendly and did not even greet us or smile.The person sitting at the hotel reception was a lady without proper etiquette and respect for guests. The only advantages of the hotel were the view from the room and having a good parking space. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We really enjoyed the food—both breakfast and dinner were diverse and delicious. The lake view and the little garden terrace were very relaxing.

When we arrived, one of our rooms was not properly cleaned from the previous guest, and we had to call the cleaning staff. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were very dirty.The worst part was that the hotel hosted a wedding one night, and the parking lot was completely full. There was no parking available for us, and in the rain, we were told to park at the next hotel. This meant walking on a busy street with heavy rain, carrying small children—it was extremely unsafe and stressful. It felt like the hotel prioritized the wedding guests’ cars over the comfort and safety of regular guests.Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

The hotel is perfect,location is great ,the staff were very polite. Food perfect, pool very nice and the spa was perfection !

Everything was good

For the rates and how luxury it looks it's very disappointing. They were kinda understaffed, at dinner there wasn't enough plated for the guests they had. Also they had an entire wedding at the restaurant IN THE MIDDLE OF DINNER, as well as the waiters had to serve the bar, the pool, the dinner restaurant and the wedding. While the wedding venue was getting decorated , people were literally in the pool and it looked disappointing. Not to mention there was a power outage at the beginning of someones wedding..... They have full potential just need to work on getting more staff, someone more experienced and a better management. Honestly, this hotel and location can be so much more.

Staff was nice and polite. Rooms for 2 is ok. Nice balcony at rooms with lake view. Clean room. Room service is good. Nice sunset. Breakfest is quite solid.Genera Renovation was ongoing so sometimes was load but it was off-season so its was ok and they drop the price due to on-going work in the hotel.Infront hotel (on opossite side of the road) you can see quite a lot garbage. It not part of hotel but still not nice to be seen. Kids (12) pay full price as adults

We received information that the spa center was not working after we arrived at the hotel. It is unprofessional and unfair. And still your offer is "Hotel and Spa".

Rooms were clean, new towels every day, bed was nice and everything looks like new. Love the place!

Spa was out of order. But i was warned of this BEFORE arriving in the hotel!

The room was nice ,clean and comfortable.

Spa : The swimming pool water was very cold and a bit not well kept.They need to fix it in future and maby add a hamam bathroom aswell.

Excellent view of the lake large bright room with comfortable bed. Good spa with room for improvement. Perfect breakfast, good coffee and very good dinner. Big parking place. Τhe staff was very helpful and polite. Thank you !!

Great hotel, nice location and kind staff.

Breakfast had poor choice of low quality ingredients, 10ways of cooked eggs, chicken pate “pashteta”, leftover looking cheese etc. Also we needed to pick among many knives/forks to find a properly washed one :/

Good location with wonderful view of the lake. The cleaning lady was helpful and quick to response when we had some mess created by a bird that entered the room.

The room was clean from dust but the bed and the curtains had stains from blood or whatever that was. The walls are all dirty as well with some stains on them, they need refreshment. The bathroom is flooding when taking a shower, I don't know why hotels keep putting one side-glass on a shower, it could never work. It was also covered in mold.It was a very cold weekend (10 degrees) and we asked how to turn on the heating. They said it's central-heating and it wasn't yet configured to heat. We asked for some heater, they didn't had any. Not acceptable.The breakfast was poor, and if you don't get it at 8AM sharp, most of the food is gone and they don't refill. Missing forks, knives, cups. The coffee sucks, one of the worst I've ever tried.Totally overpriced for what you get. Even in off-season.

Hotel is really nice and clean,beds are comfortable.Ladies from reception are really nice and helpful,especially Natasha!

Sauna didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. We didn’t have parking since they had wedding celebration at hotel for two days.And music was too loud for us,considering we came with a baby. Not really the best organization but thanks to the ladies from reception we had a good time at the end. ?

Pool and cleanliness

All inclusive was very disappointing Food that was served was terrible Pool towels and sun beds rarely available

Variety of food and drinks.

The jacuzzi part in the swimming pool did not work, and the water in the swimming pool was quite cold for this time of the year. Some parts of the spa were out of work.

Лоша храна, all inclusive- но и не е баш така.Испукани чаши во кујната, собата е без комфорт кревет.Климата не ја лади собата.Последниот ден паркинг место нема, а за што плаќам јас да немам паркинг ??Храната на пример благото стои првиот ден не се јаде пошто е грозно и утре дента е истото благо само со шеќер во прав додадено….Свадба пред хотелот со гласна музика , а јас дојдов да одмарам а не да ми пука басот во соба… Жалам за парите .Спа центарот не работи . Иско платив и за спа ? Поздрав и никогаш повише Збогум лаки.

Location and view! Breakfast is amazing too

When we got there we didn’t have AC for a couple hours but the receptionist escalated the issue and got it fixed in the evening.

The room was OK,the view was great and the room attendants were very kind and helpful.

Breakfast was rather poor ,it was not fresh and it was nothing special, the coffee was awful and we did not get our dessert every time, and lastly, we did not feel welcomed.

Inside pool, price/quality, decoration

Comfortable, spacious room, with a small terrace looking out on the lake. Beautiful well-maintained grounds free parking. Adequate if slightly bored staff. Great sunset. I’d stay here again.

Stuff was nice. Location was aceptable.

SPA was not operating, bathroom had fungus, towels ware not in the room, we booked 2 rooms with 4 beds received 2 rooms with 3 beds. Faciality was not ready for the seson.
