The bedding and towels were far from white, which added to the feeling that they were not fresh. I understand this may reflect a more modest, local Macedonian style of living, but as a guest it did not leave a comfortable impression. The room design is open and tasteful, but the overall condition does not feel well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious. Parking is limited to street parking only.

The room is carpeted and the carpet has stains on it detracting from the cleanliness of the room... Wooden Laminate floors would make this hotel into a super awesome hotel.

Everything is wonderful! Location, staff, rooms

The hotel itself is great - it’s very clean, with a nice breakfast and an amazing location right in the city center. Everything is within walking distance: the lake, the fortress, and all the main attractions.However, the staff was surprisingly indifferent. I had my birthday during our stay - I even wrote a message in advance to let them know, and later my boyfriend reminded them again at check-in. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment at all.On top of that, we had an early departure at 5 AM and asked for a breakfast box the night before. The receptionist confirmed it, took our room number, and told us where to pick it up. Even the restaurant staff said to confirm with reception. But in the morning, the staff simply said, “No breakfast,” without any apology or explanation. It was very strange and disappointing.Overall, the stay was good - but the lack of attention from the staff left a bad impression. I’m lowering the rating a bit because of that.

The location of the hotel is good. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is excellent and in a nice setting. The hotel justifies the invested money.

The hotel is at a busy intersection, so it can be noisy if the windows are open.

No parking, cleanness is decent if you don’t mark your room for cleaning it will not be cleaned, food is not refiled for breakfast.

City center and good breakfast

The officer took our passports and registered us. Then, since there would be a party in the evening, the room would be noisy, so he suggested that we stay in an apartment. So we said okay. We didn't look at the house carefully and went out. I wrote to the staff in the evening to join the party. He said that the party was cancelled at the end. And when we returned home at night, we saw that there were a lot of hairs on the bed. I spoke to the staff whose phone number ended with 11 and he said that the house was being cleaned. He said that he couldn't do anything at this hour. Then I said we could stay at the hotel. He refused this offer. The only solution was to ask for new sheets and he brought new sheets. I think he uses this house himself and that's why he directed us here. He registered us in the existing hotel room and put an unregistered person in this room. That's why he didn't accept us. The hotel may be good, but the staff and management are bad. Pay attention to these and stay

Very confortable, very close to city center, perfect location, very clean also they have very good indian restaurant, bar and patisserie. And breakfast also very good and with many options.

Nice hotel, well located next to the bazaar. Yet the ammenities match a 3 star, not a 4 star hotel. Great restaurant with a view to the Old City Ohrid.

Great location of the hotel in the city center! The breakfast could have been more varied. The room and bed are comfortable and a huge drawback is that there is no terrace.

The hotel was a central location, rooms were of a standard size, basic amenities.

Checked in to be told a late night disco/party on till 1am with significant noise, had to change room (3rd floor by lift) as far too noisy at 9pm, moved to a room a little further away (1st floor) from noise/lift. This room had no heating as turned off centrally, noise was significant till 1am - not a great option for a hotel as a traveller and not advised in advance this is a party hotel. Had to visit reception at 12.30am as room so cold as having to wear all clothes and jackets and noisy so loud. I was advised reception would unlock the heating so it could be used - set to 23c still freezing all night and having to wear all clothes, no sleep. I would not stay at this hotel or recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to sleep. The breakfast was a good choice and a nice location in the sky bar. Overall this hotel is sold as a relaxing and four star hotel in which it is not, having a young person party with significant music blaring throughout the hotel till 1am is not a place to sleep and relax.

Parking was far from the Hotel and there was no sign from the main road. The reserved room had no heating, the air conditioner did not work, and after we changed two rooms the heating did not work. Inappropriate behavior in conversation with the receptionist. We were forced to leave, without receiving a refund and to be placed in another hotel. We were treated without respect and in these conditions I do not recommend it to anyone.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which truly stood out considering the price. This was the only part of the experience that deserved praise. Additionally, the hotel’s location was excellent, providing quick and easy access to all major points of interest in the city.

The parking lot left a very poor impression, as it was small, unorganized, and lacked proper markings, which did not inspire a sense of security. I constantly felt that the car could be broken into or damaged. The breakfast was also disappointing – despite arriving an hour before it ended, most of the food was already gone and was not replenished. This is unacceptable for a hotel aiming to maintain quality.Additionally, the room was quite cold, which further diminished the comfort of the stay. The entire hotel had a strong smell of Indian food, which could be unpleasant for some guests.

the staff was welcoming and kind. explained everything very well, smooth check in, decent breakfast, private free parking

everything was fine except it was cold in the room and the parking spot was not easily accessible because the street was under construction, also there was a private party on the rooftop and the music was loud till 3 am
