La Vista Luxury Villa

A stunning new facility featuring beautifully designed, ambient rooms and a breathtaking view of the lake. The complimentary sparkling wine was a thoughtful touch that created a truly romantic atmosphere. Highly recommended for a getaway.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Our stay was seamless from start to finish, and we only wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed at La Vista Luxury Villa Ohrid and had a wonderful experience. The location is a bit outside the town center, but the views of Lake Ohrid and the surrounding area are absolutely breathtaking, offering peace, quiet, and beautiful scenery. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home and Vjollca the cleaning lady was very nice person.

Our stay at La Vista Apartments was nothing short of outstanding! The location is absolutely perfect, with breathtaking views over Lake Ohrid that you never get tired of. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring.The facilities are fantastic—there’s a wonderful pool and spa area overlooking the lake that feels like pure luxury, and the convenient laundry service made our stay even easier.What truly makes La Vista Apartments special, though, is the staff. Marija at the front desk was always bubbly, smiling, and genuinely the sweetest person to be greeted by each day—she made every interaction a joy. And Ivanka from housekeeping went above and beyond in the most thoughtful way possible by baking me my favorite Macedonian pastries as a gift when we checked out. That kind of warmth and hospitality is rare, and it made our experience unforgettable. Borce also provided us with a fantastic dinner recommendation at a restaurant that was overlooking all of Ohrid! We couldn’t recommend La Vista Apartments highly enough and can’t wait to return!

Vila location with wonderful view. Comfortable room. Extra friendly and helpful personnel.

Room was “cleaned” every day but quite poorly (part of the floor & garbage). Towels should be changed more frequently.

The property was very clean and has a beautiful view of Lake Ohrid. Management was very flexible with check in times and cleaned the room for us when we left. Breakfast was a brisk walk down the street with tasty food. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the Vista Vila Hotel. We felt very welcomed from the first minute. Vicki and Tina are absolutely gorgeous and their hospitality is outstanding. They cared a lot to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Luckily, we got an upgrade for our room with a gorgeous lake view and a balcony to enjoy the landscape. The room as well as the bathroom was very clean, modern and smelled good. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the nearby restaurant. For breakfast you have several options with egg variations like scrambled eggs, omlet, small continental breakfast, salads or fruits to choose one from. The parking deck was a plus too, we could leave our car safely at this spot.

It is just as in photos. Modern, excellent materials and comfortable. While a few minutes out of Ohrid that is a bonus in my opinion. Letting you rest a bit out of the crowded center. Friendly staff making you feel welcome.

Tina was very helpful, reception dont speak English but no need. Taxi is a must. Perfume in the room, soaps, view is exceptional. Value for money.

I have stayed in many hotel a lot. This was truly a wonderful experience for us. Tina and all the staff did their best to make our trip more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, very well designed and had lovely snacks. They upgraded our rooms because they had rooms. There was a very nice breakfast.

We have stayed 3 days at La Vista. We really enjoyed our selection for Ohrid. I highly recommend this place who searched for niched, new, scenery lake view. Thanks to La vista host, Tina who upgraded our room to abigger one and a special gift.

The place for breakfast is really wellknown and famous place Ana Maria. good food for breakfast though the waitresses were rude and not happy when They saw us in the mornings :) Nevertheless We really like our stay at La Vista.

We had an amazing stay at La Vista Luxury Villa! Everything was perfect – from the stunning views to the spotless cleanliness and comfortable amenities. The highlight of our stay was the incredible host, Tina, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was extremely helpful, offering great suggestions for local cuisine and places to explore, which truly enriched our experience. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Ohrid and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

No visible Villa signs on the way there (signs are on the other way [upper way back].Google maps does not find the Villa (it does find the Ana-Marija restaurant, which is 30 meters under the Villa

Thank you very much to Tina and her Team. She upgraded us for free in Order to have a better view over Lake Ohrid which we were really thankful for! On whatsapp she gave further recommendations where to go and what to see.

The view was amazing and the room was very comfortable. The balcony was lovely. Tina checked on my comfort regularly. Coffee and tea, bottled water and snacks in the room.

That the gorgeous view has a trade off. I needed to take a taxi to get back and forth to town but it was only 5 euros each way. . No mini fridge. The receptionist does not speak English but she was sweet and would get an English speaker on the phone quickly if I had a question.
