Good location and excellent service, the owner of the place was very nice and kind and helpful with any question, the complex is very well maintained with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi as well as large rooms with a good shower and hot water, free parking and a very good breakfast.

The mattress was very bad (it urgently needs to be replaced) and the pillows were uncomfortable, the shower head splashed everywhere, the jacuzzi in the pool complex didn't work (the guy at the reception couldn't turn it on)

Firstly, I'd like to start by saying that the staff is really helpful and kind, the breakfast is decent and the swimming pool is quite big. It's quite a big hotel with not too many rooms so it's never overcrowded.

Unfortunately the hotel is a bit outdated with all of its facilities. From the bath tub, to the air conditioning, to the spa/wellness... everything kinda works, but not great. There's a 'gym', but only 1 equipment works. The turkish hammam works, but only after the sauna is turned off. The swimming pool is big, but the water is freezingly cold. The breakfast is decent, but the coffee is terrible. The room is huge and clean, but the bed is very uncomfortable. The location is okay, but still quite far from the city center. The wi-fi is really terrible and didn't work, which was something we messaged about before but didn't get a reply on. In my opinion this hotel has a lot of potential, but it's all of these small things that made our stay unpleasant and it was not worth what you're paying for it.

This is probably one of the best villas in Ohrid.Good location, clean with secure parking.The pool was amazing. Rooms are large, bright, and have a small balcony, with a smart TV and a jacuzzi.The toilet was clean and big. Internet coverage was good, and the speed was average at 10mbps download during peak.The owner was lovely, polite, and helpful.The rest of the staff needs more customer service skills and motivation.I will definitely stay here again, we had a wonderful experience.

Breakfast was included, but it was basic, not many choices. Couldn't get a proper espresso, only filter/americano.Recommendation: For a luxury villa like this one, a kettle and a coffee machine should be available in every room.

Calm place with nice pool area, nice staff and the room was very good. The location is good with only a 20 min walk to the city. The sauna and indoor pool area was also good!

The dinner menu could preferebly be taken back, only breakfast and lunch available.

Start our morning with a very nice breakfast staff were very friendly everything around was very clean swimming pool always looked fresh.

The staff were great with us, especially Jane, he deserves a raise. The breakfast was really good. The room, spa, pool, everything was perfect.

There wasn't a variety of foods and dishes when it comes to lunch and dinner. The jacuzzi was louder then usual, maybe it's normal for the brand.

Facilities as on pictures. Clean and well maintained place. Nice pool. Big rooms. Good breakfast. Free parking on site. Since they have only 12 rooms it is never crowded.

You need to cross busy highway to get to the beach. Service can be better. Pool bar was poor - only 4 different cocktails available to order etc. Options for lunch and dinner were limited.

The hotel and grounds were beautiful. The proprietors and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

We were disappointed that the main restaurant was not open during our stay, apparently because 7th to 12th June was out of season. The small restaurant which was open served good food, but little more than snacks so we had to go out by taxi every night to a proper restaurant for dinner. For a luxury hotel we were surprised to find that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and that the mini-bar was empty, not even a bottle of water.

The garden was really beautiful.

Beautiful villa and apartment, view from the balcony was amazing. Very modern spacious room and bathroom. Clean indoor pool, jacuzzi in the room. Very delicious breakfast. Friendly staff and owners.

Ohrid is around 5km away, so you need some transport. We wanted to use the jacuzzi in the evening, but the water was warm only from the beginning. The next day, we arranged to use the SPA area, but apparently we had to say separately that we would also like to use also saunas, because they were not turned on.

Lovely garden and pool area and pool bar. Ask for ground level with pool view. Really excellent and friendly staff with decent English and German - they made our stay. Great breakfast and good food and drink at the pool bar. We had a lovely stay with our family.

The hotel is lovely on a superficial look but really needs investment in maintenance and renewal on the details to make it the place it should be for what is charged eg sauna didn't work, exercise equipment needs replacement, bubble bath was broken in our room, missing handles, aging furniture, missing tiles in pool etc. Its a family run property and has a homely feel but gives the impression that the new generation of owners perhaps don't have the same passion for the place to invest in it to be the really excellent place it should be and could be.

Big, clean and comfort rooms. Quiet for sleep. Breakfast was very good. Pool and garden are nice.

Location is about 3km to town Ohrid and 500m from Lake Ohrid.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool area is relaxing and beautiful, and the pool is big enough and clean.For the breakfast there are a lot of choices of good food.

In the room on the windows the curtains are very light according to sun resistance, so early in the morning there is a lot of light in the room.
