Close walk to city center. Good price. Nice breakfast with French toast. Cute cat living out in front of the hotel. Good WiFi for remote work, which I did part of the time.

There was some external sound, traffic etc. I changed rooms as the first room wasn’t dark enough. They were cool and professional with that.

Only instant coffee, and the server would not provide any assistance, or hot water at breakfast. 2 days in a row. I had to complain.

Very good value for money, few minutes to the bus station and the mall, 15 minutes walk to Ohrid Lake and Old Town.

I booked a room for my parents and they loved the short time they spent there. Their feedback was that the room was extremely comfortable, location was great, and the included breakfast was excellent.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was modest but the breakfast location was beautiful next to a park.

Nice property located in the heart of Ohrid, just close to the city's main attractions and conveniently close to the bus terminal.The room was large and comfortable, and the staff was very nice and helpful.The breakfast was good.

The air conditioner in the room was making a disturbing noise.The room wasn't properly cleaned. I found a lot of hair both in the bedroom and the bathroom.

Near bus terminal and 3 supermarkets, walking distance to old town, quiet, room is comfortable, bed and pillow are great, shower is good

Breakfast time is 7:30-10:00, if you leave earlier, you won’t get breakfast

Missing bathroom doors.

Location of the hotel is great. 15 minutes walk from city center. Parking is secured. Rooms are specious, breakfest was fine. Personel was very helpfull

It has a parking lot and it's next to DM.

The room and the bathroom were not clean at all. There were hair on the sheets and pillow. The curtain was down. The beds were uncomfortable. It was 20 minutes walking to the lake.

The room was spacious, clean and warm with a clean bathroom. The room had a small refrigerator. The best part for me was the staff. I found the manager, Emilija, to be super friendly, helpful and intelligent with helping me with info on local transportation choices and with troubleshooting some travel issues. Breakfast was great and plentiful, smartly organized such, that it is a buffer, when they have lots of guests and «a la cart“, when not. All staff were friendly and nice. There are 2 supermarkets next door, and a great „hole in the wall“ burger/pleskavitca place half way towards bus station. Highly recommend!

Nothing really, but the rooms towards the main Street are a bit noisier ( the cars, but not major traffic) and with lights at night, although there are dark curtains in the room for those sensitive to light. Also, the hotel is frequent with hosting big groups and if they are teenagers and it is after 23:00, it could be noisy. The hotel needs to communicate better with group supervisors to ensure the teenagers don’t run in the corridors giggling after 23:00.

Good things:The hotel has a good parking spot. Breakfast is ok.Bad things:The shower head was really bad; it wasn’t dispensing water properly. Moreover, one of the shower cabin doors was missing, so the entire bathroom gets flooded every time someone takes a shower. The pillow in the closet had blood stains on it, which was very unhygienic. Additionally, there were no slippers provided.

It is rather a 3 starts hotel rather than 4 for the EU standards. Breakfast is not good - rather not the best quality ingredients

my wife forgot her overcoat in the hotel and they immediately sent it to our hotel in Skopje, thanks for that. The room was comfortable and clean.

the breakfast was not as expected, there was open buffet pictures in the booking page, unfortunately only a few things they offered. when we asked for more they get angry and changed their attitude.

Location was great to be near the bus station and 15min walk to centre. A couple supermarkets very close and a couple cafes within a few mins walk. Piccolo burger and pizza takeaway bar across the street is excellent with great staff too. Staff at hotel are very friendly and helpful.

No kettle on the room. But when I asked they brought me one.

Good value. Breakfast was also good not great.

First room was missing a shower door but asked to move and staff helpfully accommodated.

The rooms and the breakfast were superb. All of the family liked that the hotel is very near to the city center and easy to find. Also there is a close by shop from which you can buy local food.

The size of the bathroom was a bit small. The pillows were a bit soft.
