Only the price, old facilities, far from the center and restaurants, very dark place before the city, and IMPORTANT unsafe place for pets.

Dear traveler, if you love your pet and want to keep it safe, I do not recommend this hotel! They keep several large, aggressive dogs and all of them loose! My pet was suddenly attacked by a dog under the ownership of the hotel! They said they then locked up their dog and nothing else was done! That dog is still there! Be careful!

The location is great, and the staff is friendly and willing to assist with anything they can.

The cabin was old and dirty, and the bathroom was in poor condition, filled with dead insects. Both the minibar and heater were outdated and not functioning properly. The parking lot was on a steep incline and felt unsafe. The breakfast was very basic, with no special touches or anything extra.

Lots of amenities, plenty of parking, good breakfast, fun game room and lake.

The employee with black hair and a bird tattoo on his neck, along with the employee with a 'MONITOR' t-shirt, both of these men were making homophobic comments while my wife and i were taking a photo. it made me and my family highly uncomfortable and is disturbing and unacceptable, this happened on our first day at the property and it was also on father's day -- we were there with my wife's father. Our stay was ruined because of this ill treatment. The staff told me they'd return the meal we were eating while the comments were being made, but the staff did not do it. No worries -- my bank took care of it. Will never be back; way too unprofessional. Plus, driving in the property is a real hassle.

The facilities, heated pool, bedroom, the place itself with the lake, everything around it..The barman near the pool was so kind.

No vegan options in the breakfast and no place to sit around the pool.

The reception desk was helpful and the cleaners made one brilliant job.

The attitude of some workers during the breakfast and the cleanliness of the restaurant was something that needs a lot of improvement.

Breakfast and the whole facilities were amazing

The room could have used a extra mirror besides the on in the bathroom. I think the walls were too thin because we were able to hear the other guests talking really loud in their rooms also in the corridors. The internet connection wasn’t that great either.

All hallway noise can be heard in the room, making it hard to sleep early or wake up later. Covers didn't seem properly washed.

Breakfast did not meet the expected quality. Fruits were exposed to bugs and people and some products were not good quality.

It's a spacious hotel, on a hill, on the outskirts of town. It made a good base to explore Campos do Jordão. The playground and lake were nice but a bit far away. On rainy days / evenings, the sitting room upstairs was very pleasant. Rooms are fairly basic, but of a decent size.

Due to sensible COVID restrictions, the pool was closed and you had to choose a fixed time for breakfast. However, the latter was poorly enforced. It was hard to find staff at all at breakfast - serving staff were usually in the kitchen and the reception staff were not involved. There were not enough tables for more than two people - and no-one asked couples to choose tables for two. On one occasion, I and my two young boys had to wait nearly five minutes for a table during our allotted time. The breakfast was mediocre - and there's no restaurant on site at other times.

Very small room, bathroom door was see through and you can hear everthing. Also, you can hear every noise from every room around you.

Staff is well trained and helps a lot. Location was good.

Room was in very poor shape. No AC, Pool and Spa were CLOSED due to pandemic, but they could pre-book times for guests to use them. Construction material / unfinished shower wall, very very poor facilities.
