The noise from outside was terrible. Very little if none at all sound proofing. So you can hear your neighbors tv and conversations.Music was allowed to continue until early hours of the morning which I don't think was appropriate.

Location,facilities (although wi fi did not work in our room (room 12)

Breakfast hours and service received from Rachel in the breakfast room You have to ask for glasses for the juice and there is no utensil to pick up the fruit from the serving dish .I had to use my hands for this .Only bulgarian/non flavored yogurt available .You have to ask for coffee and if you do that 1 minute after 10h00 you are informed that the kitchen closed at 10h00.Gas fireplace is switched off at 10h00 sharp ,even though you are still busy finishing your breakfast .Over a weekend when you are there to relax ,breakfast is only served until 10h00No orders 1 minute after 10h00 .At 10h00 everything is carried out of the breakfast room .So do not book in this hotel for a relaxing weekend You will have to get up early to accommodate there ridiculous breakfast hours .

Rooms were a bit cold (temp) inside.

Great food Super place Loads to nearby Very safe and great for an easy life Young lady who I assume was the manager on the day I arrived and checked out was superb. Incredibly warm and clearly took her job very seriously making sure I had everything I needed and set the standard from the get go, making me feel comfortable and at ease.

People next door watched TV at a very loud level .Noise from ‘The Toad’ was quite loud until about midnight.

The food and staff were exceptional, just the aircon did not work, in our room and the beds were extremely hard.

Room was very spacious and clean.

It is right next to a restaurant with a terrace which is loud in the early morning and afternoon.

Staff was extremely friendly and helped with anything we asked for. The restaurant which belongs to the hotel is really good for lunch/dinner. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.

We stayed at ground floor which was a bit noisy and also quite dark. We first got a room without a patio/balcony even though our booking said it‘s included. Luckily we could switch the room after one night. The patios in the ground floor don‘t offer a lot of privacy as you are basically sitting in the restaurant garden.

Fantastic location, the sushi and breakfast were incredible and staff are very friendly.

Management and staff very friendly and helpful. Appreciate management's kindness to allow us to check out late which was quite great as i was able to have a good shower after the race which made our drive back to the north of Cape Town great.

I went to bed early (7pm) as I was going to wake up very early (3am) the next day to go to the Redhill marathon which race started at 5am. However, the noise in the vicinity on that night was not nice while trying to catch a sleep.

Friendly staff. Nice room.

Closeness of restaurant guests to our room. Could not open our windows or curtains as restaurant table next to window.

Lovely location and delicious breakfast. The room was spacious and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast was absolutely fabulous! Staff were amazing and accommodated our request for early check in after long flight. It was great to have a variety of restaurant options right on the premises. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to re-book in the future.

Rooms smelt stuffy and unpleasant when we entered, kind of old unused room smell from previous dampness.

All the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and neat. We liked that the bathroom had a face cloth.

The waiter at breakfast was slow and we had to ask 3 times for cutlery.

Most beautiful setting in the picturisque part of Cape Town.Stunning Hotel with shops and restuarants to fill every need.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at this property. All staff were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. We particularly enjoyed having a large variety of pubs and restuarants right on our doorstep. It was well situated ... Chapmans Peak was a few minutes drive. It was also nice to walk to Noordhoek beach ... there and back took us about 40 mins. We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel . Don't forget to try the deep fried sushi ...?
