Pros +
- Positives: The rooms were large and the location was nice. Owner is on-property, but he's not a very nice person and has a huge ego. Should be a poorly rated 2 star hotel for what you get and the level of service.
- Very nice staff and the hotel was a good quality price ratio The breakfast buffet was very good.
- The room was fine.
Cons -
- Negatives: Cockroach in our room. Front desk staff was dismissive of guests and won't do anything unless directed to by the owner. The hotel was overpriced relative to other, similar options (we stayed 4 nights here and 3 nights elsewhere in Praslin).
- The construction behind our room, most specific the generator that started at 8am every morning
- The concierge staff was awful. They were largely disinterested and seemed intent on being unhelpful. They did not make us feel welcome or a priority. When we raised a few issues, they were very dismissive of our concerns. Also, the nightclub is loud.

The room was fine.
