Spa requires appointment. All spa hotels always open except this one

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, great buffet. Awesome.The lobby and breakfast area are beautiful.

Toilet, was too low. The towel's rack was above the toilet which caused a bad odor on towels.

Good breakfast including a gas burner and pan to make your own fried eggs. Why has no one else mentioned this brilliant touch? Dining area on top floor with amazing view. Large attractive lobby with pool table. Helpful patient staff. Bed and shower were satisfactory. Didn't need to try the a/c in April. Window can open, street noise not bad. Good central location between Demirtepe and Kızılay metros. No problem with payment as some suggested. Check out is before noon, despite the info on this app. Reception is manned all the time.

Few power sockets and room lights rather dim for the red bedroom decor, which is a bit dated. Weak toilet flush Room 308. Room key seemed to need reformatting each day (stayed 6 nights).

Breakfast was okay and we actually like the idea of the self service ommelete station. The location is very good - close to the town center and train station.

Mattress is a bid run down causing back pain for my wife. Not enough light and the red color theme.

The hotel staff took money from my credit card without telling me ( more than 300$ )and I had to go to the bank and submit an objection and Im still waiting my money to be back

Location is closer to the centre of the city and it’s easy to commute

The service is very poor. The staff are not good in communication in English. At end of our time at checkout they demanded us to pay excessive amount of money for services. Such as providing snacks and refreshments that wasn’t explained it would be charged. That seemed scam. BE AWARE!

The room didn’t get cleaned and serviced periodically, and we had to ask several times.They decided to turn on HVAC system after 10 pm, which it is way out of different hotels I have ever been to.

Overall facility was old and needs to be renovated. The bed mattress was old and uncomfortable.

Breakfast was excellent, but it could be more varied. Great location - central but there isn't as much crap going on as in Ulus. A reception guy gave me a discount due to my late check in at night.

There was a cockroach in the room and dark curly hair on the floor (I'm fair haired myself). Toilet flush did not work properly, water came only after turning bidet function on. The sink tap was leaking. Room walls and door were too thin so I could hear everything in a room nearby, and Arab guest were very talkative.
