Lovely hotel well located in Ankara! The man at the desk was very kind and the hotel rooms were perfectly fine. There was a bit of a musty smell, but leaving the window open for an hour fixed it completely.

Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Easy walking distance to the castle and other nice Ankara sights.

Every few minutes a brief bit of music played for a few seconds, from an intercom or something in the corridor I think. The first few times it was no big deal, but all day long it really got annoying.

The hotel has a great location, there are supermarkets and pharmacies nearby and the fortress is also nearby. The wifi works great on all floors, I had no problem working from my laptop the whole stay. The staff are very friendly.

This place really needs a renovation, new furniture and at least paint the walls and new floors. All the furniture is in a terrible state of disrepair, as is the plumbing. The walls and ceiling in the room and bathroom have a yellow stain on them - apparently from cigarette smoke. The walls are cardboard, so if you plan to stay for a long time, be sure to take earplugs. By the way, the refrigerator and heating do not work in the room. And cleaning is done very poorly.

Fraudster hotel

They charged my card too in the hotel without telling me saying card was only for security. So I paid twice. I complained to booking.com but did not receive anything back since long.

The hotel is great, but the highlight is the uncle who works there.The staff is very polite, helpful, and the service is excellent.Breakfast was especially amazing—very delicious and satisfying, and the location is excellent.I will definitely come back next time!

The hotel is clean and comfortable for a night or two. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is parking out the front and it's close to a few shops.

Facilities are basic and the rooms have seen better days. We had two rooms and when you flush the toilet the floor would get wet from a leaks in the pipes. The area looks a bit sketchy, particularly at night but we felt safe and only there as a stop over.

Nothing to do in the area at night, even far from restaurants.Building and rooms are a little old.

The room was not cleaned, the linen probably not washed. It was said to be non-smoking room, but there was an ashtray full of cigarettes and stink of smoke... Probably matching to the price, but it should have been indicated...

Nice large kitchen and clean rooms, good staff

The staff is friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they welcomed us. Our travel from Ankara was at night. We asked if we could leave our belongings after we check out till late in the evening while we go sight seeing. They agreed.

The internet's speed is sooo slow. The refrigerator was barely cold. But we did manage without. For the price, we mainly needed a place to put our luggage and rest at night.

Very good value for the money,hotel is antiq looking also very clean.Receptionist help us with finding a taxi and very helpful.

The breakfast was bought from outside and served in a plate and was always warm. Parking outside the hotel.The 2 star is for the breakfast.

Where do I begin?I booked 2 nights and paid a decent amount however feel I should have paid alot lower for the quality.The hotel was disgustingly dirty.The hotel was very poor, I dont understand how it has 8.3 review on booking.com. The rooms were filthy, bedding was torn and used. Bathrooms looked like they were from the 1950's. Awful smell of cigarettes throughout the hotel.The kettle was full of dust and the air conditioning was held together with plasters,the tv was a danger with wires hanging. Please see pictures.The hotel felt like the hotel in The shining movie!!!The one positive was that the breakfast was ordered from outside and consisted of a turkish spread.I would never book this hotel again.I did not sleep for 2 nights at all.

The carpet in the bedroom would benefit from being removed, it gives an unclean feeling while the rest of the room and bathroom were clean.The fridge was really bad.

Clean is underlevel:When check in:- the fridge was off and had old beverage._The electrical kettle was old and corrupted i asked to replaced.- A/C was off and remote control was with reception.- window curtain was half hanging.- no housekeeping staff.

good breakfast, location wise best to the Anatolian Culture Museum, bitt far from Metro

good food places are at Kizilay; city centre where is not easy to reach

Amazing simple hotel In a quite area .Staff was warm and welcoming but they hardly spoke any English.The area had supermarkets and restaurants all around.Room was spacious and clean, the beds were nice and big.

Hotel is very close to the main attractions and most are easily within walking distance, taxis are reasonable. Good value. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Heating good. Kettle and fridge in room. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Owners English very good. WiFi good.

Property tired and rooms need decorating. Mattresses need changing for more comfort. Carpets need deep clean. Plug sockets need checking to make sure they work. Breakfast is typically Turkish and is served from 0845 (outside caterers)

Easy to find. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped room. Helpful staff.
