The room's poor air conditioning made it uncomfortable, and opening the window let in smoke and foul odors from a nearby bar due to a misdirected air duct.

Everything. My booking was for 4 nights and I left the hotel after the first night. Horrible place

The location is great. The street was under construction when we arrived, but it is fine now. If you want to extend your stay, reserving additional days directly through the hotel is very expensive, so it’s better to book online.

The key cards need updating; during our entire stay, we had repeated issues opening the room door. The street is very steep, like a hill. The Wi-Fi also requires frequent re-login to connect properly.

Breakfast was delicious! Room was modern, clean with very comfortable bed!

The location is very close to the city center and just a 15 minute walk to the main shopping pedestrian street. There are also many great food streets right next to the hotel. We stayed in a Suite, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable.The staff helped us with free valet parking in a secure underground garage, which felt very safe. They also helped retrieve the car and assisted with our luggage when we checked in and checked out. A very convenient and pleasant stay!

The location was excellent, making it easy to get around the city. I also really enjoyed the breakfast—lots of variety and delicious! The entire hotel was noticeably clean and well-maintained.

Soundproofing in the rooms is very poor.

The hotel was located in a busy area of Ankara, approx 3km from the CBD but very central to lots of cafes, restaurants, markets and shopping areas. Public transport is easy to access but we walked in and back to visit the CBD of Ankara and it was an easy hike.Our car was parked for us in an underground carpark onsite.Tea and coffee was available free of charge from the breakfast area at any time.

Our room was on the ground floor so had a high window with no view. We had music pumping from outside until later at night but we were so tired it really didn't matter

Small hotel with excellent location, near everything. Small but cozy room and staff is very helpful.

Shower is very small, and in my case the door was broken. The side of the room was very noisy with live music.....hey but this is what you get at this kind of locations. However ANC earbuds are very mich helpful.Breakfast very basic.

The hotel has a very welcoming and friendly environment. My mother and sister stayed there for an extended period due to the situation in Iran, and they were treated with exceptional kindness, especially by Ms. Niloufar.

The lobby just needs a little renovation.

I loved the location it was central and right in the middle of town. Breakfast selection was great as well

It was noisy as we had all the shops on our side and till 2am it was very noisy also therubbisb collection noise woke us up at 4/5 am every morning. It was two of us but we only had one small shampoo in the room and toilet paper would not get replaced until I would call and ask for more

This hotel is located right next door to a bar/night club. The music was so loud that we could not sleep, and it continued until 2:00 AM. It was so loud in the room that we had to raise our voices to even hear each other talk. We called the front desk, and all they did was apologize for the noise and said that it was always like that on the weekends. I don’t know how a hotel can rent rooms to people when they know that no one can sleep in them. I stayed here in early May, and they did not have air conditioning available. It was very hot, but they said their AC system was locked and couldn’t be used until later in the summer. I tried to leave the window open to get some airflow and cool the room off, but my room was right above a bunch of restaurants, and the air smelled very strongly of cooking grease and smoke. There was an electrical outlet next to the sink in the bathroom that was sticking halfway out of the wall with exposed wires, which is definitely a safety hazard! Also, I was closing the bathroom door and the door handle fell off in my hand. This was a very disappointing hotel, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Nice looking modern room, the breakfast was good and the location was really exceptional, very close to the mosque of Kocatepe (probably the most beautiful mosque I've ever seen).

For a 4* hotel, I would really expect the temperature control to work regardless of the season. The room was quite stuffy.

The accommodation was quite good, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and there was free parking.Everything went perfectly.

The location was good and the check in process efficient. Staff on check in good. Breakfast good selection of food.

The room was so hot and we were unable to turn the air con down. The bathroom ceiling over the shower had clearly had a previous leak. However on our last night i was taking a shower and part of the ceiling fell on me. İt probably sounds worse than it was. However still not good and more could have fallen. We took photos and videos and went to reception. We were greeted with we will look. We were going out to an appointment so had to leave them with it. On return we got to the room and the door wasnt closed properly, left unlocked for anyone to enter. We went to reception and someone came to do a 'control' visit. No apology for the ceiling falling on me and no real concern about our door being left open. Such a shame as this could be a little gem of a hotel in a good location
