Overall good staying

Tv in the room was out for 4 days no tv in lobbyOnly one out let for everything, add extension

Breakfast nil: barely no food... cheese spoiled..no variety.old apples.few bread pieces. N no refill if bread finishes. No hot milk until i requested.Staff very rude..barely speak english. My curtain fell..he refused to fix it n offered to change my room instead.. The fridge wasnt working..he changed my room 4 that.I would never ever reserve there

The location was fine

The rooms were small in the first room allocated to me the heater was not working and that day it was cold in Ankara...they changed my room...the rooms were tiny little cubby holes....dark and barely had space to move...

Location was great! Bed was a little hard and rooms are relatively small. But every is clean and staff are helpful

The receptionists were always willing to help. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day.

The selection of hot food for breakfast was not varied. The water drain in the shower was clogged. The lights in the bathroom were weak especially by the mirror.

The hotel is amazing! Elegant and comfortable with a very helpful staff and very well located in a safe and well connected area. The hotel is close to Demiretepe bus station and Kizilay Metro station. The room was just as advertised in the pictures and had all I needed for my stay. The breakfast buffet was also amazing, with lots of delicious options to choose from. I can’t wait to stay here again when I come back to Ankara.

Location, staff, rooms

There were no room keys and the staff opened the room for us each time. Its not comfortable. We bought a twin room but we stayed double room. Towels cleaned but very damaged and old.

WiFi was not good!There was no plastic Slipper in the Bathroom.I was one person but the room was definitely small for two persons.

Great location and service for the price. Friendly staff, specially the breakfast lady. Very recommended place.

Nice and clean rooms, nice and kind staff. Few of staff members speak English which is helpful. Good location and we parked the car in front of the hotel. Also, the hotel offers free coffee and tea 24/7.

Decent location, close to the metro station. Convenient if you're coming from the bus station. The guy on reception was friendly and offered to buy train tickets to Istanbul if I had problems buying them myself. No complaints about the room and bathroom. Lift was convenient. Free tea.

Everything was ok. Excellent place to stay. Great stuff, very good location, breakfast, and an affordable final price of stay.

Location was ok as it was close to the center

The main staff was not friendly at all . After they provided the room to us they were showing rooms to some other guests and they opened our room by mistake with their main key card . What if we were in the middle of changing clothes or something , they should have provided proper compensation for us . The room was not spacious as it was seen in the pics . It is too small to even put our stuff properly

Safebox in my room did not work. I notified the reception about it and they said we will fix it, which they never did! There were no battery in the safe box and they couldn’t provide me with battery and told me wait for the manager!! He never came!! The internet was not good at 6th dloor.. the breakfast was not good..Staffs couldn’t speak English well, so it was difiicult to communicate with them.. when you are at a hotel you expect that at least one of them could speak English well enough!!

The bed is pretty comfortable. Excellent amenities as a sponge for shoes, sewing stuff, and for sure shampoo and shower gel included. Also the receptionists are very welcoming and ready to help any time.

Nice place to stay in the city center. Our room was clean and I was surprised with a variety of food for breakfast! Stuff is friendly.

Some more stuff like teeth brush and the fridge should be more effective
